El hotel está impecable, muy cómodo y moderno. El personal muy amable. Está un poco retirado del centro de Sevilla pero se puede llegar fácilmente en metro y así te evitas conducir y tener que aparcar en una zona tan turística y saturada de gente.

Buenos dias Solicite en la reserva una habitacion silenciosa porque al dia siguiente tenia un examen de promocion interna de la Junta de Andalucia y me dieron una habitacion que da a la calle enfrente del restaurante con mucho ruido por la tarde noche No voy a volver. Gracias

Wonderful hotel with extremely kind staff

From the moment we walked in the front door of the hotel, it smelled fresh and clean. The room was spacious and nicely furnished. The bathroom was spotless and the shower was wonderful. My biggest regret is that we only got to stay for 1 night based on our hectic schedule.

Wir hatten einen wirklich angenehmen Aufenthalt und können dieses Hotel nur weiterempfehlen. Die Sauberkeit der Zimmer war tadellos, und sowohl das Zimmer als auch das Bad waren sehr geräumig. Das hat für viel Komfort gesorgt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns auch die Ausstattung: Es gab kostenlosen Kaffee in der Lobby – eine tolle Geste, die den Tag gut starten lässt. Der kostenlose Parkplatz direkt vor dem Haus war super praktisch. Auch der Pool war sehr schön angelegt und hatte eine gute Größe. Das Frühstück war ein echtes Highlight. Es gab eine große Auswahl mit Müsli, Käse, Wurst, frischem Obst, Joghurt und leckerem Rührei. Alles war sehr frisch und reichlich vorhanden. Der einzige kleine Nachteil ist, dass man zur nächsten Metrostation etwa 25 Minuten zu Fuß gehen muss. Das ist aber eher neutral zu bewerten, da es für einen gemütlichen Spaziergang durchaus machbar ist. Es gibt wirklich nichts Negatives zu berichten. Wir würden jederzeit wieder hier übernachten.

Exzellente Unterkunft mit schönen Suiten und sehr freundlichem Personal. Sehr empfehlenswert. Mit dem Auto ist man recht schnell in Sevilla-Innenstadt, man kann aber auch die Metro nehmen

Very nice hotel -

Todo está bien. Mucho espacio. Todo es moderno y nuevo. No había suficiente piscina, estacionamiento gratuito, buena carga eléctrica rápida para el coche.

If negative star can be rated i m sure will leave a negative rating to this kind of family run tiny hostel. The receptionist is unprofessional un polite as the room is not suitable to sell for us. The toilet door is glasses door with magnetic tape on top, the door cannot be opened we have reported to the receptionist but doesn’t help to solve, they forced to open the door and ask us to keep the toilet door open even taking show or using toilet bowl! Next day morning we ask for compensation as we cannot use the toilet due to the door can not be closed but got insulting from the woman receptionist. She did not feel it is the hotel problem and repeated to say u will check out today! They speak spain language in front of the guest to insult people i can here what they say a bad word on us. The duvet is wired pls see the photo it is extremely rough and not suitable as a duvet. The cotton towel is dirty it becomes to grey! Not worthy for the price! Far and away from the city centre ! Carpark space is limited u need to park at the residential area not close to the hotel! Horrible hostel!

Prachtige appartementen en zeer goed verzorgd en erg luxe. Ontbijtbuffet was prima. Ik zou dit iedereen aanraden. Met de metro ben je binnen 15 minuten in hartje Sevilla.

Great place to stay in Sevilla, excellent supporting staff, clean and convenient facility.

Everything was great. The only thing is, for those of you wanting to be close to all the action it was a bit far from downtown. However the train was a 15 minute walk from the hotel. It was nice and quiet for us.
