場所は 繁華街に近かく 食事、買い物、教会や 歴史的な建造物が 近くにあり 便利です。 価格の割には 部屋は ちょっと シンプルかな という感じです。

部屋は清潔で金庫もあり、浴室のシャワーのお湯もよくでて快適でした。朝食にはおいしいパンとコーヒー、果物がたくさんありました。

旧市街の中心にあるので、ロケーションはバッチリです。カテドラル・ラロンハ・メルカード等に徒歩で行けます。メトロまでも10分以内です。 建物自体は新しくはありませんが、リノベーションされており部屋は快適で、スペースも十分でした。 朝食ビュッフェでは卵料理が注文できます。しかし、ここのスタッフはサービスの対応が悪く、テーブルセッティングが追いつかず、後手後手の対応になっていました。また、東洋人に対してはあまり友好的ではない印象です。 レセプションの方の対応には問題がありませんでしたが、英語力には少し問題ありです。

Chambre bien équipée avec un joli décor. Elle donnait sur une petite Riua juste en face du palais du marquis de dos Aguas. Manquerait peut être un peu de lumière, seul bémol avec un peu un manque d insonorisation. Emplacement de l hôtel absolument parfait! À très peu de distance pour visiter la ville. Salle à manger très jolie, lumineuse et agréable

Exactly what it said on the tin, a central Valencia boutique hotel. The room was a bit noisy but that's what you expect in such a location.

The hotel is an excellent location, within walking distance of many major tourist attractions including the Ceramic Museum, the Cathedral, the Silk exchange and many more. We had a standard room which whilst comfortable had a limited outlook onto a narrow alleyway. Maybe in future I would pay extra for a premium room and view. Breakfasts were enjoyable and plentiful. However, staff were exceptional when we realised at the airport my wife had lost a diamond ring. The cleaners had found it, and the staff organised for it to be sent by DHL cargo to the UK and made the whole process very easy and stress free. They also arranged for us to pay the cargo costs through them. Above and beyond the call of duty.

Spacious and clean. Good breakfast and very close to main square.

Room very clean ….loved the little touches…pillow spray, bottled water, slippers.

Very friendly staff, relatively clean. Shower drain was clogged and flooded the bathroom and no one was able to fix it until the next day. Very close to shopping and sites in Valencia. Good for a short stay.

We very much enjoyed our stay and the view from our room with balcony. The cleaner was excellent, making out Tom look fresh every day. The only thing that let it down was the reception staff, who weren't always that friendly. Also, when we arrived, we asked to check in early and they took our luggage (great) and said they would call us when the room was ready, but it got to normal check in time and we hadn't received a call. Then when we did turn up to check in, it took a while for them to find our luggage. It would have been nice if they had taken our luggage to our room ahead of us, as they never called. The breakfast was nice, with a good selection of food and drinks.

La habitación estaba mucho mejor que en las fotos, impecablemente limpia, muy cómoda y el personal fue muy amable.

Erg leuk en proper hotel op wandelafstand van de meeste bezienswaardigheden en nabij vele bushaltes. Kalme straat en toch op geen 100m van het bruisende hartje van de stad. Beleefd, vriendelijk, efficiënt en erg hulpvaardig personeel.

Excellent location, close to the city centre and tourist bus starting point. Hotel room very big and light, room 304 has balcony facing the street but it’s not noisy at all! Didn’t have breakfast at hotel as there are many restaurants nearby.
