Está muy bien equipada. Está cerca del metro y cerca de un centro comercial y mercados de barrio. La cocina está equipada con lo básico, se agradece el aceite, la sal, el café y el té disponible en la habitación.

Room was clean and comfortable close to amenities especially metro and bus station

La camera è molto grande, pulita, moderna, spaziosa ed efficiente. I letti erano comodi ed il bagno funzionale. Unico problema è stato che durante il soggiorno, vi erano lavori di manutenzione del comune sulle tubazioni di acqua della strada e questo ha comportato l'ingresso di insetti nell'appartamento. Ho fatto presente la problematica alla reception ed il personale personale è stato comunque gentile e disponibile nel fornire una soluzione. Questo purtroppo ha rovinato per tutta la famiglia il soggiorno a Valencia.

We had an awesome stay. We felt like we were locals. Great way to blend in and.enjoy the culture. Walking distance from many attractions including a mall with lots of food choices. Even though this is a non reception hotel. I was in touch with an actual person via WhatsApp. I even left an item behind and I was able to go back and get it. For that, i will always be grateful.

Very good place to stay, and sleep, a quiet room, nice view and close to everything, close to the mall, restaurants, bus stops. Kitchen was very equipped.

Cama muy cómoda. Muy limpio. Con todo lo necesario. Faltaría algún plato y cubierto de más. Buena ubicación, con metro cercano y centro comercial.

La limpieza buena, las camareras amables. La comunicación con el alojamiento es horrible. Llegamos por la noche con desperfectos en la habitación, nadie se puso en contacto con nosotros, tras nuestra comunicación y no nos dieron solución en ningún momento. El entorno es abandono, y poco seguro.

Struttura molto curata e ben tenuta. Posizione leggermente decentrata, ma cmq comoda al centro storico. Fermata bus e metro a pochi passi. La struttura non dà la possibilita di lasciare i bagagli dopo il check out, ma all'interno del centro commerciale poco lontano c'e un deposito a prezzi molto accessibili. La stanza è silenziosa e i letti sono comodi. Unico particolare non all'altezza è stato che in 3 giorni non abbiamo avuto cambi di asciugamani.

Tutto bene. Vicino alla metro , bus , centro commerciale e tanti posti dove poter mangiare

Bellissima struttura, nuova e moderna. Dovrebbero curare di più l aspetto pulizia, al nostro arrivo c era molta polvere in camera, negli angoli del bagno e gli angoli della doccia non erano pulitissimi. Del resto è andato tutto bene, ben fornita degli accessori della cucina. Situata al centro ma anche vicinissima alla fermata del bus e della metro. Anche quest hotel ha contribuito a rendere la nostra vacanza a Valencia indimenticabile. Grazie!!

Les hemos pedido que limpien el cuarto con insecticida porque había un bicho rastrero y no han hecho ni siquiera el aseo de la habitación. La comunicación es muy mala con las personas del servicio del hotel

Encontramos un bicho rastrero y lo reportamos pero no fueron a poner insecticida. No hicieron la limpieza de la habitación de un día para otro. La comunicación es mala

Jättebra rum med kök och bra med plats för matlagning, fint o fräscht rum och hotellet är centralt gångavstånd till köpcentrum, restauranger, barer och kommunikation tunnelbanan är nära och bussar finns på gatan direkt utanför. Jättebra boende på alla möjliga sätt rekommenderas :)

The room was spotless, very comfortable and had everything we needed. The location was perfect, good transport links to get around. It was a lovely stay.

Hotel was great. Check-in terrible. Taxi dropped us off with our heavy luggage at the hotel, it said Smartr, the name of the hotel, but we could not see the entrance. Some people in the street kindly lead us to the hotel entrance while we struggled with our heavy cases to get to it. It was a short walk past some restaurants round a corner. When we got to the front door of the hotel, we were then stuck there unable to get in. There were items next to the door, but no means it appeared to contact someone except by phoning a number. My mobile had no roaming, so I was unable to use it. My wife did, but could only use it at a cost. Luckily the receptionist after some time appeared and let us in. However, when we later tried to find her in our stay she or anyone else was in sight anywhere at or near reception. It was a shambles. Further, there were two occassions that after going out and returning we noticed our room door was slightly ajar. Luckily nothong had been taken from our belongings. I assume that when the powerful spring on the door operated to close the door, it somehow was not able to fully that the door to catch shut. Normally, hotel doors fully shut automaticly when you leave the room. I assume our one was faulty. If reception is unmanned in the day, I had expected, we would have had some means some as an intercom to use to check in. Being left standing at the hotel entrance with heavy luggage was not what we expected on our arrival after along journey there.
