There is no front desk at this property. The check-in location differs from the property location. To check in, go to Gran Via 47 To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 48 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. Prior to arrival, guests must complete online registration with the property via a secure link. Guests will be asked to provide the property with a copy of their government-issued photo ID before arrival. Guests will receive an email 48 hours before arrival with check-in instructions and an access code. Guests can access their accommodation through a private entrance.

This property will be closed from July 16 2023 to December 31 2024 for renovations and will resume operation once the renovation is complete (completion date subject to change).
