This is a family-focused property with great access to the beach and water. The pool at the facility is not heated. Breakfast was served cafeteria-style with a variety of options for everyone.

Nous avons mis du temps à trouver un hôtel familial qui ne soit pas une usine à Majorque. Le Sofia remplit tous nos critères, c'est un hôtel à taille humaine, bien situé et face à une magnifique plage. Les lumières au lever et coucher de soleil sont magnifiques. Le buffet est varié et de qualité.

This is a great hotel , lovely location , clean , lovely breakfast ( evening buffet not so good though ) almost 10/10 However ….. no sleep !!! Entrance door to room has zero sound proofing which means you hear every single footstep , voice, trollly, baby cry etc from the corridor and light comes In around door frame all night . Bathroom has a full size window directly facing the bed which means if you need the loo in the night you light up the whole bedroom ( also a prob if you like bathroom privacy) . Personal preference but we found the bed really hard and long skinny pillows uncomfortable . It’s a shame cos we came for a rest .

Room very clean, pool area not so clean with sunbed stained, one shower not working and drains blocked. No coffee or tee maker in the room, no tissues. Very nice room with great view however air conditioning leaking and/or not working properly ! During our stay aircon leaked 3 times from the ceiling. On the second time whatever they did made the aircon inefficient and room was hot. Reception staff seemed annoyed when we insisted for someone to come and repair the leaks so we can use our room. I understand many rooms had the same issue. Breakfast was nice, buffet dinner average. Pool is very cold. Location is great just on a beautiful beach. Bar and food served at lunch were nice. Overall was ok but expected better for the price

Underbart hotell med ett par steg till stranden. Trevlig personal & mycket bra skick på rummen. Jag & dottern återvänder gärna.

Le serveur de la piscine au top, très gentil et très serviable. Buffet pas extraordinaire pour le souper.... Quelques petites moisissures dans la salle de bains. Service de manucure oublie le rendez-vous placé la veille et finalement la personne arrive, très gentille et pour faire un "simple" vernis d'une couleur, rien de spécial, pour le prix j'attendais à mieux. Service à la réception pas présent pour commander un taxi. malgré l'information de la veille. espace sous la porte de la chambre de ce fait ps bien insonorisé. Dans l'ensemble nous avons été content de notre séjour.

Wirklich sehr sehr freundliches Personal. Sie leisten jeden Tag extrem viel um den Gästen möglichst viel Komfort zu bieten. Besonderer Applaus der Dame die soooo gute Omlettes, Pfannkuchen und vieles mehr jeden Morgen frisch zubereitet hat. Das Frühstück hat eine hohe Qualität, was die Lebensmittel Auswahl, sowohl Vielfalt anbelangt. Auch den fleissigen Damen vom Hauskeeping, die Perfektion leisten ein grosses Dankeschön, sie arbeiten mit so viel Elan und Freundlichkeit. Wir haben kein Vergleichbares Hotel gefunden, dass nur annähernd sooo attraktiv wäre in der Umgebung von Alcudia. Das Hotel liegt zudem direkt am Meer, ist eher klein (keine Massenabfertigung) und baulich so erstellt, dass es gewisse Privatsphäre bietet. Die zum Flanieren und Entspannen einlädt. Charmante, geräumige und einladende Zimmer. Vielen Dank für alles :).

El hotel tiene una ubicación privilegiada. Su personal es excelente, tiene muy buena atención. Las habitaciones son limpias y espaciosas. No hay muchas opciones de restaurantes cerca, por lo que hay que trasladarse para comer. Igual el restaurante del hotel es bueno. Súper recomendado para familias con niños.

Melhor praia para familia!! Excelente comida e hotel bem familia!! Ao lado da linda cidade de Alcudia com otimo restaurantes, bares e lojas

Min veninde og jeg rejste til Mallorca udelukkende for afslapning i solen. Sofia Beach hotel havde alt vi behøvede det var mega lækkert! Vi havde bestilt halv pension med morgenmad, det fungerede super godt og var en rigtig lækker buffet. Aftenbuffen prøvede vi en enkelt aften, den var dog ikke så spændende. (Svagt udvalg). Alt var rent og pænt. Personalet var søde og gode til at hjælpe og servicere. Frokost bestillinger er lækkert og pænt anrettet.

Lovely hotel right on Alcudia beach. Quiet and good size rooms. 150m to bus stop and restaurants close by. Super breakfast with lots of choice. We would visit again if in Alcudia.

Flott hotel beliggende få meter fra stranden og kort vei til restauranter. Det eneste å utsette er mangel på trim-rom!

Really loved staying at Sofia - we had a slightly rocky start as we were given the wrong room key and accidentally unlocked an occupied room at midnight (the couple inside weren't best pleased, and neither were we!) however we were then given tbe correct room and the stay exceeded all expectations. Lovely stay, great food and incredible location. Will definitely be back!
