Breakfirst

This hotel is not at a Melia level; it needs to be renovated. Our balcony had cracks on the cement and black mold patches. When the sliding door was opened, the smell of mold will come into the room.

I enjoyed my stay with you food room and the pools, the receptionists were very nice and helpful, and the waiters worked so hard to take care of us, my only complaint was the children running up and down the corridors at night at 11 and 12 midnight it was so hard to sleep

Flott anlegg, med flere basseng og variert underholdning/ aktivitet gjennom dagen. Det som trekker ned for vår del var organisering av frokosten, veldig stort lokale med mye folk og lyd. Det var stort utvalg i frokost, og veldig god, men en svært travel og støyende atmosfære. Ellers hadde vi litt utfordri g med airkondisjen på rommet( trolig gammel), men denne kom vaktmesteren å fikset, straks vi meldte fra.

Ikke 4 stjernet værd! Ingen minibar, pletter på både dyne og pude, intet badeværelses kit, og toiletflush i stykker. Der var ikke andet end en foodtruck hvor man kunne få mad ved poolen, min veninde bestilte en burger der var mug på brødet og manden kunne knap nok forstå engelsk.

Falta de atención, y de explicaciones en el registro de entrada por la persona que nos atendió ( Nadia). Mas penfiente de conversar con los compañeros que atendernos. Falta de respecto, y esto nos supuso estar dando vueltas con las maletas, y luego por las toallas de la piscina por falta de explicarnos la información en recepción. El hotel es una maravilla junto al mar, en una estupenda playa. Las instalaciones fantasticas. El personal de la zona de comedor encantadores.

Worst hotel in a long time, dirty, my wife saw blood stain on one of the pillows, bad rooms design, very cheap furniture, floors with big gaps probably due to water problems and our mattress was good for the scrap yard,. There was a bad smell in the room. On the pictures, they show the big towers, but they will stick you near the pool area which it is really cheesy and bad. I recommend to go anywhere else nearby and it is better. They charge you for parking which is fine but you have to pay every time you go out and back in. Wifi is useless, forget about Netflix or any streaming. Very noisy too. We just left very early the next morning to end this bad experience. Only positive in the whole experience, we had flip flops so we didn’t have to walk barefoot on the dirty floors.

Had a lovely stay. Place was spotless, spacious and relaxing all staff we came across were friendly. Really enjoyed breakfast on the sun terrace amazing selection of food and no long queues in the restaurant. Brilliant location. Would definitely recommend.

Although this is stated to be a 4 star hotel, I personally felt it was more of a 3 star. My check in went smoothly & I felt very welcomed by the lady on reception however upon seeing the room, it didnt feel as luxurious as I expected. Sun beds & parasols seem to be hard to come by unless you queue up at 8:30am & reserve a lounger. On a couple of occasions, I received a lot of attitude from individual cleaning staff from what seemed to stem from the language barrier & them not understanding me. Either way, I felt the responses were inappropriate, unreasonable & unprofessional for the circumstances. There was a lot of confusion over the hotel policies regarding ladies topless bathing. On my first full day, out of courtesy, I asked 3 members of staff what the policy on this was & received 3 different replies. Due to the inclination of those staff members, it seemed it was more likely frowned upon than accepted so I refrained (on what was the best day of sunshine for my stay).....only to later watch a local bathe topless & not one member of staff opposing this. As it was nearing the end of the day, I didnt say anything but chose to clarify this with Reception the following morning. Here, it was clarified that ladies can bathe topless - I wasn't very happy that this had impacted my holiday. There was also conflicting advice given by 2 members of staff regarding the price of adding on an evening meal - At check in, i was advised it would be 16Euros but later told it was 23E.

Hotel was clean, room was as expected, clean and everything you need, staff polite, great location, walkable to the main town around 30minutes. Lots of bars, restaurants and shopping more local to the hotel as well. Great to have an option of a more relaxed pool which I preferred. Only thing is at busier times it would be more helpful to have more staff on at the reception.

Gute Lage direkt am Strand, leider schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen. Wenige Liegen am Pool und frühmorgens beginnt der übliche Run.

Packages are confused. So half service get u breakfast and ether lunch or dinner. Full service get u all three, but no drinks. Full service and u have to pay for a water or any other soft drink and alchol drinks. Okay beer cost under three euros ja bottle of wine under 20 euros. Oh bottle of water costs 2.5 euros. In breakfast there are free drinks like coffee or juices or that water. Minibar is  included in full service and they fill it in everyday. There are no hard alcohols in minibar. U cannot get all inclusive when u stay under five days. Why is that, i dont know. Hotel is clean and nice looking, built in the 70', u can find stuff that looks from that era, but usually everything is renovated and looks new. This is family hotel, dont stay in this hotel if u dont have kids. Everything is built around kids. Bathroom lock? No. Somekind of screaming contest in lobby? Yes. U want spices in food? No. U get spices on food. Desserts were delicious. We chose this place because hotels.com website said there is pool table/biljard and minigolf. A pool game costs three euros per game. So if u wanna play multiple games go someplace else. I didnt find minigolf. Maybe ask someone if they have it, we didnt. We try to check-in melia website, so online. Couldn't because hotels.com reference number didn't work there.
