El lugar está muy bien ubicado , Elias el manager y su asistente tienen la mejor disposición de apoyar en lo necesario , pero la propiedad esta junto a un megocio de Lockers y guarda de equipaje , pared con pared y el ruido es insoportable a toda hora , la regadera se estancaba el agua y se salia del baño , solo nos pusieron

Great location and property. Easy check-in, great customer service and the room had all the amenities needed. Highly recommend for anyone wanting to stay in heart of Madrid for a few days, all attractions walking distance and shopping right outside. Thank you for a great stay!

The stairs are a bit hectic with suitcases. But Andres at the property is super helpful and his attention to detail is amazing. The property is new and clean. Excellent location. And well quipped room. Check in before you arrive to avoid delays, it’s all online.

There is a nightclub right across the street, so from 1am to 6am we felt we had the party inside the room. Other than the nightclub, the general location and the premises were good

En las fotos se ve todo muy lindo hasta que llegas. El apartamento estaba sucio. Sucio reciente y sucio acumulado. La ducha se inundaba. No llevabas ni 2 minutos bañándote que ya estaba inundada. El baño estaba terriblemente sucio. Tenia vomito pegado debajo de la tapa y por el exterior. Se nota que ni lo limpiaron. Nos comunicamos con el propietario para que hiciera algo al respecto y lo único que decía era q iba a enviar un asistente para q lo limpiara. Cosa que no era una opción porque yo estaba de vacaciones y no tenia el tiempo para poder esperar que alguien fuera. Al final accedí a que fuera a limpiar porque me dijo que irían inmediatamente y no fue así. El baño no tenia jabón de mano y los envases estaban sucios. El lugar está muy céntrico pero tiene una discoteca justo al frente y es imposible dormir. En fin mi estadía fue terrible y no lo recomendaría. Si se pudieran subir fotos pudieran ver lo sucio q estaba.

El apartamento es tal cual las fotos, reformado y decorado con mucho gusto y mimo. No obstante, la limpieza es muy mejorable. Asimismo, después de pasar una noche de sábado allí, puedo ratificar las opiniones de otros usuarios que indican que se oye todo el ruido de la calle y hace que dormir sea complicado.

No internet and the radiators are for show they don't work. Unswept and dust balls everywhere. Right next door to a nightclub so no sleep at all on Friday. I would not recommend staying here.

The Honest Review The property is well-located and very spacious, but I am severely allergic to dust, and this property has quite a bit. The heater was not working properly; they installed new ones, but they were not yet connected. Other than that, you can have a nice stay here.

Terrible estancia. No me enviaron las instrucciones de entrada y no era claro a dónde comunicarse. En el apartamento no hay ningún letrero y logramos entrar por otros inquilinos ahí hospedados. El piso estaba sucio cuando entramos y no nos pudimos bañar porque no había agua caliente

Esta ubicada en el centro. A solo 2min de plaza del sol y 5min de la gran via. NO Hay parqueo. No hay forma de ir en carro propio. El apto. Tiene cocina que puedes preparar algo. Tambiem tiene lavadora (no secadora) a 5min caminando hay un laundry. $3euros la.secadora. se escucha el ruido de las personas caminando y los camiones de basura en las noches.

Prime location, easy access to train, subway and airport. The owner is very humble and helpful The apartment is bit small especially if more than 2 people

Very nicely renovated and well appointed apartment within a small old building in the heart of the city. Very convenient location, next to main shopping area and metro stations. Not suited for light sleepers as the noise from the busy streets and the neighbours can be easily heard. There is only a narrow flight of stairs to all the apartments, no elevators.

Llegamos un poco tarde a la reserva y dos cosas son las unicas que creo que deben de saber los huespedes. 1. El checkout es a las 11am, lo cual es menos de lo que el 99% de los hoteles tienen, y lo otro es que estan frente a un bar o discoteca que esta prendido hasta casi las 6 de la mañana y los chicos estan en la calle de enfrente. Para parrandear alli esta perfecto. Si vas en familia o quieres dormir hay que cuestionarlo.

El lugar estaba muy bonito la tensión es espectacular sobresaliente realmente me gustó la ubicación la limpieza así como la decoración definitivamente si regreso a Madrid me vuelvo a alojar ahí

Lugar muy centrico, el apt en muy buenas condiciones y acogedor.

The apartment is excellent, comfy and clean, just in the centre of Madrid. And that can be a problem for some people, as this city never sleeps, so it can be loud outside.

The place was absolutely amazing!!!! Communication was great, we had everything we needed including a fridge, freezer, microwave, stove, oven, and laundry. It was very close to tons of restaurants and shopping. We were able to walk everywhere we wanted to go!
