Good place and affordable

Mixed views about Sonrisa. Stayed with family in Panoramic Penthouse. Overall the apartment was very good. Views and location were excellent. The furniture in apartment was tasteful, well thought out and good quality. But the bathrooms let it down. Too small, too cluttered (why the urinal?), outdated, shabby, but most of all, there was no water pressure and water temperature constantly changed from freezing cold to scalding hot. Wasn't aware the lift didn't go all the way to the top. There is a stair lift, but it was a bit inconvenient, being disabled. I was also alarmed in the twin room, that the bed was under an unguarded window, with an 11floor drop. I did enjoy a relaxing break here, but all things considered, I am unlikely to return

Clean and comfortable. Right beside the beach. Family had a great time. Staff went out of their way to accommodate us. I will be back.

Apartamento amplio vistas al mar parcial y la terraza muy buena con sol por las mañanas tv grande 50 pulgadas y tiene smart tv disney netflix etc ... limpio accesible y dos aires acondicionados en la Habitacion y otro en el dormitorio , y aquaservice en el apartamento un detalle . repetiremos sin dudarlo .

Friendly staff, well located -extremely close to wonderful beach, many restaurants and all facilities, spacious apartments, well equipped, very clean. Small gaps in facilities: great smart TV but wifi pretty erratic, cold white aggressive lights in some places, beautiful and modern living room and very old fashioned bathrooms (in attic apartment). Overall a good place to stay.

The apartments are newly decorated to a really beautiful standard. Lovely showers and kitchen is well stocked. Handy pool which we didn’t have to share with many other people. Really nice quiet part of benidorm. Really suitable for children and families, away from any rowdy parties but there’s enough happening to keep it fun.

Great apartment, enjoyed it! new, after repair, with a stylish interior, it is a pity that I didn’t stay for a longer period! Benidorm itself - the city is noisy and cheerful, is divided into two parts, the hotel is in a quieter place, parties avoid it by side and in the rooms were pretty quiet, it was important for me cause i was with the small children. Definitely, I recommend to visit this hotel))

El apartamento muy bonito,comodo y nuevo.Muy limpio,pero no teniamos platos y la tele no fue en todo el tiempo.Como no hay nadie en recepcion tuvimos que llamar unas cuantas veces al numero que nos habian dado y no contestaron nunca ademas al estar solas en el edificio no sabiamos a quien recurrir.

Bright apartment within a couple of minutes walk to the beach and shops. Secure off street parking was a bonus. Dated, but useable kitchen and good wifi.

Nice apartments and nice hosts. Would recommend it to the others. 2 min walking from the beach. Mercadonna 3 min away.
