God standard, stille område. Hotellet kun for voksne, ikke barn. Mest pensjonistektepar på hotellet når vi var der. Meget god frokost. Flott treningsrom. Bibliotek og fine uteområder.

Nice hotel, good food. Not a lot of facilities nearby. Overall a decent holiday but don’t think we will return.

Das perfekte Hotel für einen schönen, entspannenden Urlaub.

Direkter Zugang zur Promenade. Parkplatz immer bekommen. Frühstück und Abendessen sehr lecker und große Auswahl. Unser Zimmer war sehr ruhig und geräumig.

The property pictures look great, from the moment I walked in, there was barriers all over inside the hotel lobby and outside they were shooting a movie during my stay I did not expect to stay in such an environment for a relaxed vacation where you just can’t walk around as you wish, as well the hotel charged me for two persons in my room when I was just 1 person I complained and they knew it as the cleaning crew had told them but they did not wnat to credit me back for the room booked for a single person they charged me for two persons, the hotel is not accommodating to their guests on a professional level. Could not use the pool for some days it was barricaded so no one can walk in that areas it was very upsetting my stay at this hotel I was shocked as I’ve never had such a bad experience, the areas around the hotel is nice and fun but I’d recommend choosing a better hotel then falling into this trap. Staff is not professional or accommodating to guests requests.

Pristine location. Excellent hospitality. From check In to post check Out. From The complimentary love Music to the post check Out Spa facility everything was outstanding . Am definitely coming back

The only issue was the rules for putting towels on the chairs surrounding the pools were never enforced. By 0730 in the morning all prime seating had towels on them and were never available all day

Spring Arona is an excellent hotel as it says on the tin ‘ Adults Only’ !! Lovely facilities ,fabulous staff, quiet yet easily reachable to the Beach and many many restaurants. If you want a Hotel just to chill with great facilities, not noisy in a great location , look no further ! We will go back again at some point!

Gut: Zimmer, Halbpension und Pool. Schlecht: Zimmersafe in einem 4* bezahlen bei den Preisen sehr schlecht. Check-in, Check-out mit langen Wartezeiten.

At the hotel we were greeted with a warm welcome and a glass of bubbly which was a nice added touch. The hotel was very clean. We had half board. The staff were very helpful and friendly. The food was excellent with lots of choice, and there was entertainment every evening. The hotel was in nice quiet area, but if you walk along the promenade which was close by you find several beaches, shops, bars, restaurants and other activities. Playa de las Americas is about a 15 minutes walk although it is easy to catch a taxi from the hotel. We would go back again.

Super Hoel und Personal. Hotel liegt schön. Ist ruhig und trotzdem zentral. Essen ist fantastisch und lässt keine Wünsche offen. Einziger Wermutstropfen der Beach Club nebenan, der mittags manchmal sehr laute Musin spielt.
