スタッフの対応がよかった。場所も非常によく、ビーチまですぐ。ホテル内のアクティビティも充実しています。 水回りのそうじが行き届いてないことが、唯一残念でした。

Not a great experience

Upgraded to UP well worth the extra money.

Utrolig serviceminded personale, skøn morgenbuffet, gode faciliteter og en god stemning. Rengøringen på værelset kunne være lidt bedre

On arrival at 9pm , check in was smooth, we were informed we were being upgraded to an UP room, which was nice. However we were given room 642 which is in the corner of the hotel, room itself was nice , great shower in room but balcony had pigeon droppings on balcony rail and floor, I noticed other balconies in this area had same problem. On complaining the following morning we were at first offered a room on 3rd floor which was not as good and was in floor of hotel being renovated. We informed staff we would stay in room if they would clean the balcony, they informed us this would be done and that this area of hotel is problematic with this issue. The balcony was not cleaned once in our 4 night stay, had feeling reception staff didn’t really care or deal with the issue. These rooms at corner are also very noisy with the lift being next to them. Staff in restaurant and pool bar very nice. Pool images is very chilled out with best heated pool I have been in. Location is also very good for bars and restaurants. Overall a nice stay but disappointed in room situation and reception staff.

Great hotel, good facilities, very clean, with extremely friendly, helpful and polite staff. The pools looked very inviting but I didn't use them due to a storm at the time of the visit. Excellent breakfast buffet, although evening buffet sometimes had fairly unexciting and limited vegetarian/ vegan options, but still ok. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

Great facilities, very helpful staff. Convenient for shops, bars, public transport etc.

Excellent place to stay, hotel was clean and modern located close to some nice bars and restaurants. Breakfast was excellent with a choice of everything Already planning next years stay

I recently stayed at Hotel Vulcano, and unfortunately my experience did not meet the standards I expect from a four-star hotel. During my stay, I encountered several cockroaches in my room. When I informed reception, the initial solution offered was simply to provide spray. I had to insist on changing rooms myself, and this happened late in the evening without any clear apology or reassurance. This handling of the situation was disappointing. I also sent an email afterwards explaining my concerns, but I have not received any response. The lack of follow-up and communication is concerning. There was noticeable noise in the room that affected my comfort. In addition, I asked at reception if a bathrobe was available, but was told it was not — something I would normally expect in a hotel of this category. The hotel advertises yoga and Pilates as part of its wellness offering, yet these classes are only held twice per week in a small indoor room. Given the climate and setting, I would have expected a more suitable or outdoor space. This does not reflect the image presented in the marketing. Furthermore, the rooftop terrace is shown on Hotels.com as a facility, but access is not included in the standard room price, which feels misleading. One positive aspect was that I was allowed early check-in at around 11:30 am, which I appreciated. Overall, the guest handling and the gap between marketing and reality were disappointing.

I was staying with my daughter and granddaughter. Room was very clean and staff was very friendly.Beautiful place.I recommend.

Our third visit. Great hotel. Staff very friendly. Food excellent. Pool spotless . Shower room for late check out. Ideal for people with mobility issues too. Hope to be back next year

Renew the beds please

Beautiful hotel and a great location. The staff were exceptional.Especially Nightshift reception staff when I had an issue. Plenty of beds buy the pool. No need to get up at the crack of dawn to reserve with a towel. Will definitely be returning.

De gemeenschappelijke toiletten hadden geen formulier waarop stond hoe vaak schoonmaak plaatsvindt. Rondom buffet was het altijd smerig van eten dat langs schotels lag. Ook op de vloer bij o.a. het koffieapparaat veel vlekken. Heel veel eten was steenhard en uitgedroogd en lauw tot koud. Veel van het buffet van de ochtend werd eveneens in de avond geserveerd. O.a. Dessert, koude groenten, fruit.

Nice hotel,was put off by the reports of cockroaches in the rooms but I can honestly say I didn’t see any Hotel very clean,breakfast excellent The only thing I’d say is this hotel needs more entertainment in the bar at night and round the pool in the day Hotel in great spot

Terrible service from the staff during and after stay (except for the odd few like the cleaners and Miguel the bar man on the up level) and dinner was limited, terrible and far from what they advertise. Would avoid staying here but if you do, do not go half board. Pools okay, UP level is really good but fairly expensive. Rooms nice and modern.

Lovely property in a central location. Breakfast was outstanding and available up to 12 pm
