Les chambres ne sont pas insonorisé c’est horrible le bruit le matin et le soir c’est vraiment désagréable pour se reposer je n’irai plus jamais dans cette hôtel

Majoitumme täällä Ironman Barcelonan kisamatkalla. Hotelli on siisti, henkilökunta ammattimaista ja palvelu todella ystävällistä. Vegaaniruokavalioni huomioitiin aamupalalla. Hotellin sijainti on hyvä, lähellä rantaa ja rautatieasemaa.

Enjoyed stay at hotel but very limited parking near hotel

The property lacked amenities and they advertise a jacuzzi, it’s just not advertised that it’s freezing cold. The staff at the desk was BEYOND rude.

Amazing food

The food was amazing and the general feel off the hotel was a joy to stay at would recommend this hotel for anyone.

The good first: staff were generally helpful and relaxed. The food was varied and mostly very tasty, with plenty of options for both the health-conscious and the not-so. The location is good, just a few blocks from the sea, and a convenience store on the corner. Drinks in the hotel were reasonably priced. The beds were comfortable and clean. Now the not-so-good: the hotel advertised an electric car charger (and this was one of the reasons we chose it). Not only is there no charger, but there is no parking unless you book it in advance. None of this is made clear on Hotels.com. We were offered a free dinner in compensation. There was black mould in our shower. We were twice assured it would be cleaned, but it wasn’t, at least not properly. Some things that ought to be included carry extra costs: use of the indoor pool and spa (if the word spa is in the hotel name, basic spa facilities should be included in the price). Even use of the bedroom safe is charged. There is no option to order tap water with dinner, even though I think hotels are now required by law to offer it. Bottled water is available and not too expensive. But the principle is wrong. The outdoor pool area is too small for the size of the hotel and so felt cramped. Loungers tended to get reserved early on. Overall, the positives just outweighed the negatives, but a few changes here and there, and more clarity in the online listings would improve things.

Hotel pas mal, dommage que nous ayons été obligé de demander à diverses reprises l’entretien de la chambre. Le coffre était disponible mais payant.

Séjour correct mais chambre plus petite qu’elle ne paraît sur les photos. J’ai l’habitude de voyager pour les affaires et au prix de la chambre je m’attendais à mieux.

Loved the breakfast & dinner 😍. Room was nice too. Check out was a little wonky, had to wait for guy to show up. Overall good experience, great for families c couples & friends. Resort had it all.

Hotel liegt in einer ruhigen und doch zentralen Area von Pineda. Freundliches, hilfsbereites Personal und schöne sowie saubere, neurenovierte Zimmer. Die Qualität der Speisen sind nicht auf einem 4.5 Sterne Niveau. Im Speisesaal Papierservietten, abgepackte Confiture in Plastik, kein Honig. Künstliche Fruchtsäfte gibt's über die Saftmaschine. Preis- / Leistung stimmte für die Nebensaison.

Hôtel agréable et calme,autour de l' hôtel il y a de la place pour garer la voiture en septembre.Très belle chambre avec balcon.La piscine extérieur est bien pour nager mais légèrement fraiche.Le petit déjeuner et le diner sont très bon.Nous avons passé un agréable séjour.

Un personnel plus qu'au petit soin chambre et repas du midi correct. Buffet petit déjeuner extra. Spot piscine extérieure propre. Le grand plus est vraiment le personnel qui est incroyablement Gentil et au petit soin malgré notre arrivée tardive. Merci
