Rummen upplevdes inte vara tillfredsställande rengjorda. Under vår två nätters vistelse utfördes ingen städning, och samma handdukar användes under hela perioden. Vaktpersonalen uttryckte hot om att tillkalla polis och avhysa oss på grund av påstådd hög musik, vilket i själva verket kom från ett angränsande rum. Vaktens beteende, inklusive misstänksamma blickar vid våra in- och utpasseringar, upplevdes som obehagligt. Frukosten höll inte önskad standard och utbudet var otillräckligt.

Nah am strand alles gut nur pool war ab und zu nicht sauber und man durfte keine musik laut hören bzw keine musik allgemein hören im poolbereich

It was clean Staff where very blunt No help to check in, just pointed at the computer to do it ourselves. We stay in this area a lot but would not stay here again

Excellent staff, location and buffet breakfast

Nice hotel, clean and mostly modern. The staff were friendly and helpful. Unfortunately there was no parking but we managed to find some around the hotel. Overall a pleasant stay and in driving distance of nice beaches and other areas in Mallorca.

Die Unterkunft war insgesamt gut, jedoch war das Frühstück enttäuschend. Der Schinken roch unangenehm und wirkte, als wäre er nur kurz erhitzt worden. Hier besteht definitiv Verbesserungsbedarf.

Booked a short stay fro Saturday 17th August to Wednesday 21st but checked out on the 20th , Got to be honest the hotel is clean and comfortable, the breakfast brunch is fine and you can use it as much as you want even the the selection is not enormous, The reason I checked out ?? For two continuous nights the fire alarm sounded numerous times ( over 10 on Monday night ) all through the night with the latest one 4am On Sunday morning, after gritting teary I finally went to reception to see what was going on and was met by security guard who made me laugh by packing me to be quiet, like as if anyone was actually sleeping through all the noise ! Was told it was due to people smoking in rooms but they don’t do anything about it , Went to see the manager next morning who couldn’t be found and was met by Raquel the receptionist who basically just made anything up that come in to her mind , clearly a master of Spanish fire regulations , oh and boy oh boy they don’t like you complaining they she was so dismissive and rude beyond belief, anyway the point I was trying to make is who knows when the alarm is real and when it is a false alarm, nobody moved when the alarm sounded so what happens if there is a fire for real ???? They did not get the point, so beware they know people smoke in the rooms but do nothing and think the alarm sounding all night is acceptable, it’s not and if there was a fire you wouldn’t know any

Hotel widac ze remontowany w totalnym pospiechu wszedzie schlapy farby nie dociagniecia ,okropny nielad na zewnatrz ,widok z balkonu na jakies graty i brud. Na 4 noce sprzataczka ani razu nie zascielila lozka nie posprzatala podlogi gdzie caky czas nosi sie piach z plazy do pokoju, Pokoj slabo wyposazony w pokoju jest czajnik ,mikrofala ale do tego zero kubka jakiegos , talerzyka czy sztuccow. Jedynym plusem bylo pozne sniadanie do 13.30 z calkiem ok wyborem i komfort tego ze sniadanie jest obok basenu.

First room we got was terrible, not clean and smelled death. But we got a new room, that only was a little bit dirty.

Mi experiencia ha sido para llorar ,hemos pagado un hotel como si fuera 5 estrellas y ha sido un horror ,el hotel estaba sin terminar ,lleno de polvo ,un olor ha pintura que tiraba para atrás, estando en la habitación, tocaban obreros para acabar cosas ,como el cuadro de luces y el aire acondicionado, nada que ver las fotos con la realidad . Decepción
