Incroyable comme endroit! Les installations sont de toute beauté, les chambres sont magnifiques. Le décor est parfait! Accueil chaleureux. Le service matinal au restaurant était un peu désorganisé… lenteur dans le service, attente, oublié les cafés. Par contre, le reste est merveilleux. Superbe séjour!

Beautiful hotel, the service was outstanding, amazing food, stunning facilities. Very generous gift for our anniversary, couldn’t fault any part of the stay. Loved it! Will look forward to returning.

Wonderful new hotel right in the heart of Tramuntana Mountains. The staff are fabulous - friendly and responsive. Always working hard to make sure everything is just right. We stayed in a Deluxe Suite - lovely. Beautiful design - all natural materials, stone and linen. The pool is a real highlight - such a wonderful place to unwind. We also enjoyed a treatment in the Welness Area. And fhe food was great - high end, and great service.

Truly exceptional hotel in all the means. Great staff mastering the customer relations, delicious cuisine, beautiful garden with heated pools and amazing surroundings and view at mountains and sea. Place with divine energy where one come for few days and has the feeling to stay forever. There is no other place like The Lodge Mallorca.

Very high end hotel with excellent staff and standards. Pool area very relaxing as was hotel in general. Great place to stay if you want to totally unwind and get away from it all.

Everything about this hotel was spectacular! What an amazing place to relax and enjoy the finer things in life. Spent two nights here for a romantic birthday celebration and myself and partner couldn’t have been more pleased. Beautiful property inside and out, loved walking the gardens/landscaping. Amazing food at both restaurants (the meal at Singular Restaurant was incredible and a great foodie experience). If you can afford to stay here, you should.

Property was excellent - lovely facilities and quiet escape. Room was also fantastic. Only downside was the staff who were often absent or made consistent mistakes

Absolutely beautiful hotel and location for a quiet stay. Everything was first class. So relaxing and tranquil.

This is a tricky one. The overall stay was good but for a five star category hotel a few things must be questioned. Looking at the website one would never think that the actual view from the hotel is a busy highway. If it wasn’t for the grasshoppers and their own busy sound, the sound of the highway would have probably taken over completely. As the view is extremely important for us this could better be highlighted as we probably would not have booked the hotel due to this, of course the matter of the highway is not the hotels fault. Furthermore, the bathroom shower was not completely cleaned with black hair visable after checking in and still under cleaning days. After cleaning - both days - the main door was never locked. Not ok. The pool service is not good, and unfortunately they do not offer any snacks or light food for purchase at all. Even though this could have easily been fixed. This is a big error for its 5star ranking. Apart from this the restaurant was lovely, great service and food. The rooms are also quite nice.

Beautiful property with hiking trails, great pool area m, outdoor gym, daily yoga and golf cart service to get anywhere around the property, with friendly and accommodating staff. On the downside, our room was already showing signs of wear with water marks from a leak on the ceiling of the bathroom, food at the restaurant was only ok and service was inconsistent (no one attended the pool area to replace towels or clean during the day and no servers for drinks at the pool). Our room was also not cleaned after our first night as the cleaning staff ‘missed’ it despite us putting up a sign for cleaning. Overall, while there are some very nice things about this property I would go elsewhere for the amount it costs.

The staff is exceptional, thank you to everyone from reception, breakfast, beach pool bar, dinner in Sigular Restaurant, and housekeeping, for our stay. The room was so clean and comfortable. The sunbeds are so soft, the attention to detail to have extra large pool towels is wow. Great food! Good location for key beach attractions (Playa de Muro) and in the end not that far from Palma. The pool is gorgeous. Facilities top. Ultra comfy hotel. Simply an oasis.

A beautiful tranquil hotel in a fabulous position on the North West, on Tramuntana mountains. Great outdoor pool. Fantastic food and excellent wine menu. The most friendly, helpful staff of any hotel I’ve ever been to, can’t wait to go back.

The property was lovely. Though we had some confusion regarding our reservation and some tech issues in our suite, the management was very accommodating in meeting our requests. The food was fabulous. If you need a tranquil vacation, this is a lovely location.
