スタッフが非常に親切。部屋やホテル内部が綺麗なことはもちろんのこと、シャワールームとトイレの部屋が分かれていること、洗面台が2つあることもとても良かった。サグラダファミリアやカサミラ、カサバトリョなど主要な観光地や駅へのアクセスも良く、ここに宿泊して本当に良かった。ホテルスタッフ一同に感謝します。

主要なほとんどの観光地は徒歩圏内。スタッフは皆が親切で、是非また利用したいホテル。

家族での滞在で利用しました。 お部屋もお食事もサービスも素晴らしいし、とても清潔に細部まで手入れがされていました。 立地も色々な名所に歩いて行ける場所なので、街の散策も楽しめました。 今まで様々なホテルに宿泊して来ましたが、こちらは本当に素晴らしかったです！ また是非訪れたいと思います。

地下鉄の駅も近いし 大通りにも近いので便利

主要観光ポイントにアクセス抜群。 部屋の清潔さはもちろん、従業員の対応、サービス、朝食等も旅の思い出を色鮮やかにしてくれました。

The hotel looks nice and the room is clean and comfy. There are two sinks in the room but a little bit small. The best thing is rooftop pool. Good mood clean water. Few people. And perfect view! From the end of the pool you can see the sagrada familia! Which is one of the most popular tourist attractions in the city! That makes you feel so happy

My baggage was lost in transit. All the staffs were very helpful to sort out problems and kept me posted about the situation until the airline delivered my baggage two days after. The room was also excellent, except the inconvenient layout of the bathroom and toilet being between the entrance and the room.

初めてのバルセロナ訪問だったので、できるだけ観光に便利な場所を選びました。 駅を出るとカサミラが見え、ホテルはその1ブロック隣なので迷いません。夜も人通りが多いので安心でした。 チェックインカウンターは奥にあり、小さくて驚きましたが、スタッフは英語が話せますしとても親切です。私は現地で予約したバウチャーを印刷していただいたり、オススメのドーナツショップを教えてもらいました。 部屋は2回清掃に来てくれていました。唯一バスタブがなかったことが残念でしたが、シャワーは上に固定してあるのと手に持つタイプがあり水量は問題なく使えました。 日本人客は滞在中見ませんでしたが、とっても快適な滞在となりました。

Gorgeous, space-efficient rooms and super comfortable beds. Delicious room service! ALL of the staff were so friendly and helpful. If you needed any assistance, they were on it. We had a family emergency at one point on our trip and the staff were so accommodating. The location was also phenomenal as you were two blocks away from the main shopping, several pharmacies on the same block, as well as mini marts/grocery stores. Will definitely be back.

This hotel was worth every dollar spent because it was very clean and close to many sites easy to get to. Taxis stand directly across the street. Staff very helpful with all our questions. The restaurant on the roof was a highlight with great sangria and food. Will definitely stay here again on our next trip to Barcelona.

Incredible hotel. Very friendly and accommodating staff. They were able to arrange airport pick up for us and made great restaurant recommendations. Our room was ready nice and early I would definitely stay here again!!

Staff was excellent

This was a beautiful hotel and all the staff from reception, restaurant and concierge etc were so welcoming,friendly and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Barcelona and the spa is amazing too.

Suite très chère par rapport à la qualité du lieu, pas d’entretien du climatiseur et configuration de la chambre très désagréable car il faut traverser la salle d’eau pour aller dans la chambre, pas de couloir de communication

The One is a beautiful hotel in an extremely convenient and safe part of the city. Highly recommend!

The property staff is wonderful, especially the check in person who after meeting once greeted me daily by my name..her name memory remarkable and super pleasant. With that said, the breakfast was just ok, rooms small-dark with minimal lighting-weird layout as you enter via bathroom, can’t see in shower, bed was wonderful bedding, turndown service, when setting safe you wern’t remind code set so easy to make a mistake, difficult to use Uber to get car service which may just be issue in Barcelona. First night discovered the hard way that they washed hall carpets and when we went in room slid on floors and almost fell. No signage or indicator that the carpet outside room was wet. Next morning big blowers again no signage and when entered elevator again almost hit the ground. Approach hotel who act surprised as I told them they should have rugs at a minimum inn elevator…nothing and no comment on the dangerous inconvenience. The property was overpriced and expected better value. Again the staff were friendly at desk and concierge. Property lacking for the price (over $1000 USD, 2-nights). Did not feel I could recommend based on these facts alone.
