We have just come back from jarden del mar with family its end of season and they still kept it all running smoothly rooms are tired and need a little modernisation but are clean and towels changed often. Pool and all other amenities were fantastic will definitely be back !!!

Lovely hotel and would highly recommend. We opted for a sea-view room and the views are amazing! Excellent facilities and location. The staff were excellent and always went above and beyond to make our stay as perfect as possible. Will definitely stay at this hotel again. 10/10 👍

Établissement très vieux, avec des équipements non adaptés; par exemple les casseroles n’était pas tout feu don induction. Aucune Isolation, les gens qui souhaitait s’amuser dans la piscine ou sur la terrasse le soir, nous entendions tout dans les chambres, ce qui nous permettait de ne pas forcément dormir a l’heure que nous souhaitions. C’est la plus grosse partie qui nous a dérangé durant notre séjour. Ensuite, malheureusement le mobilier n’est pas très propre, les matelas avec odeur très dérangeante. Le personnel était agréable.

We were with the whole family of four person at the reception there were a lady and a man who were so so in communication with us which me as guest expected more communicative rather than disciplinist . In clear example they told us we need to pay tax in addition to the night fee but our debit card was in problem for a while and we were tired so we asked them let us stay in our room until we finalize the tax payment which they forced us to pay first and then let us in while I was prepared the night fee through Hotels application full payment a few days before arrival. After we entered our room we noticed it is in basement floor where our view was a wall and the room was disgusting all the floor covered by snails and other creatures and the cabinets were old and fungi also fungi bathroom tails and dirty dishes and break down kettle. All was pictured by me I don’t recommend this hotel

Leider sehr alt und bräuchte dringend eine Rennovation. JEDEN Abend lautstarke Musik. Mit kleinen Kindern überhaupt nicht zu empfehlen.
Gar keine Parkmöglichkeit beim Hotel selber, öffentliche Parkplätze sind Mangelware.
Auch in der Hauptsaison ist die Umgebung sehr spärlich. Auf dem Balkon brennt das Licht nonstop bis spätabends, zieht vor allem Mücken an.

Blev uppringda och utskällda av receptionisten (Alejandro) då våra grannar hade fest. Rummet vi fick luktade gammal askkopp och det satt i väggarna. Kunde först inte byta rum när samma person sa att det inte gick. Fick byta rum först när en "snäll" hotellpersonal (Luis) satt i receptionen. Även personalen vid frukosten var ganska otrevliga generellt.

I paid for Seaview apartment wen i arrived i was told there were none they put myself dad and special needs daughter in a pokey one on ground floor which had cockroaches they then moved us up to Seaview they dont cater shower wise for edley people or special needs hotel.com told me last check in was 12pm so i had to change my flights which was false they stay open all night for check in overall staff were very kind not a place to stay if your looking for calm hoilday

We stayed for a week at this resort and the limited pool access was pretty strange for a resort. Pool and indoor pool closes at 7 pm every night. Breakfast is the same everyday and isn’t all that great, the coffee is inconsistent too (sometimes there is milk other times there isn’t.) the key system: there’s two keys on one hook and these keys are in inseparable - so if you want to leave the room you’ll have to turn the electricity off from the electric key. This wouldn’t be a big deal if weren’t coming back to a really hot room every day. The AC system is barely blowing any air. Also make sure you don’t end up on a room far from the wifi because anything below floor 3 has limited wifi access. Other than those things, the staff was nice and accommodated as much as they could which we really appreciated.

Très bon hôtel très bien placé avec une jolie vue face à la mer personnel très accueillant le petit bémol c'est que l'hôtel se trouve dans un quartier 100 % anglais avec que des pubs anglais et pas de bar ou de pub espagnol pour des soirées espagnol
