トゥシティ ワン

Reservamos una habitación para 3 personas pero el menaje y todo lo demás no estaba adaptado para tres personas. Las sábanas que nos dieron no tapaban el colchón del sofa-cama(bastante sucio) completamente por lo que tuvimos que pedir más, que el personal lo solucionó lo mejor que pudo. La llave de la habitación funciona con el movil, lo cuál nos dió algún que otro problema, y puede generar alguna dificultad a personas menos familiarizadas con el entorno digital. Tuvimos algún que otro problema de ruido por la noche debido a que las ventanas no estaban correctamente insonorizadas y pasaban muchos coches. Finalmente la zona no es la mejor de todas las Palmas ya que esta al lado del puerto.

Short stay to visit some of the island

Chambre très propre, très bien équipée et d'une literie très bonne.

We got their "superior room" option which had windows towards the street but the street was so narrow that it was impossible to open the curtains without the neighbors have a full view of our room. So you can just count it as rooms with no window. The lighting in the room was also terrible. The hotel was dirty and towels and bed sheets had yellow/brown stains on them!! The checkin was done biq whatsapp!! (Which was their main communication channel) And in the property by random people sitting next door to the hotel, which is not secure at all. We asked for toilet papers and did not receive any response despite they saw the message in whatsapp. We finally ended up buying on our own. The room was not at all sound proof and we could hear noises from other rooms, stairs and the street. The neighborhood was also quite bad and you could hear people shouting, crying or riding loud motorcycles in the middle of the night.

Als wir in unser Zimmer kamen, war dieses vom Vorgänger nicht gereinigt. Es hat drinnen müffig gestunken. Schmutzige Bettbezüge lagen am Boden, Handtücher usw. Drei Damen kamen zum Renigen und wir haben über eine Stunde gewartet, bis wir in das Zimmer durften.

Appartamento situato in una zona rumorosa anche di notte , la cucina era priva di piano cottura .

Todo bien, la habitación tenia una ventana que daba al pasillo y no podia tenerla abierta porque los que pasaban me veían, pero todo lo además bien. Cama comoda

Svært skittent og udelikat. Badet var fullt av hår, i dusj, gulv og rundt toalettet. Renholdet ved ankomst var katastrofe. Det som er solgt som superior er virkelig ikke superior. Kostbart ift prisen på overnatting. Anbefaler ikke dette stedet Tusity One ligger sentralt i Las Palmas, men svært mye støy fra gaten utenfor hele natten. Dårlig isolasjon.

Llegamos a las 15:00 tuvimos que llamar porque no te informan cual de las dos puertas es y el código que nos habían dado ya lo habían cambiado y todavía no estaba lista la habitación cuando nos registramos subió creo que sería la encargada de la limpieza a mirar la habitación el suelo estaba mojado se dejaron unas toallas de los anteriores huéspedes estaba la cama sin hacer porque supuestamente se les habían acabado las sábanas limpias y estaban en la secadora tuvimos que esperar a que la señora fuese a buscarlas y hacernos la cama la habitación no era como en las fotos era muchísimo más pequeña la cama solo tenia una sábana no habían nórdicos ni edredones lo cual deberian tener en cuenta poner ya que en la habitación no es que haga calor precisamente, deben mejorar la limpieza y controlar el tiempo para que no le vuelva a suceder a otros huéspedes

El apartamento muy bonito, moderno y cómodo, solo le pondría un par de pegas, éramos 6 y no había sillas para todos, solo un espejo en uno de los baños y no había ni fregona ni escoba para no estar los días de estancia con el suelo lleno de migajas o mojado de la ducha

There was no one available at check in and the self check in didn’t work. No cleaning service throughout the stay, no extra towels, and no extra toiletries. The AC stopped working at beginning of our stay and when we advised them that it needed fixing they didn’t make any attempt to repair it. Very hot musty stay.
