Hyggelig og serviceinnstilt personale. God frokost. Fint rom. Fantastisk beliggenhet med en superfin strand rett utenfor døren.

Das Personal beim Frühstück und Abendessen könnte freundlicher sein. Gute fand ich die Wasserspender an denen man sich täglich kostenlos Wasser holen konnte. Allerdings finde ich es unverhältnismäßig das gleiche Wasser beim Abendessen für 3,80€ zu verkaufen. Das Zimmer war sauber, die Ausstattung war OK. Die Auswahl des Essens zum Frühstück und Abendessen war gut und es hat geschmeckt.

Schöne Lage am Traumstrand, teilweise unangenehmer Duft von den Saline. Am Pool gibt es für die Hotelgrösse zu wenige Liegestühle. Die Liegestühle können gegen eine Gebühr reserviert werden.

Le personnel était très gentil et à l'écoute. La nourriture était excellente. Les environs étaient magnifiques avec de très jolies plages. La piscine était aussi très agréable!

Wow - where to start? We had the most amazing stay at Universal Hotel Marques. First of all the location is unbelievable: the only hotel in Colonia de Sant Jordi with this prime location: sea on three sides, and the last hotel before the start of the beach (Es Coto public beach which is part of the bay with the stunning Es Trenc beach). You cannot beat this location. We had a sea view room on floor 1 which overlooked the pool and then the sea - so stunning, plus private sun loungers as well as table and chairs on our large balcony. The hotel have thought of everything: free wifi, free cold water refill stations throughout the hotel and so many hooks in the rooms (so necessary to avoid tossing clothes on the bed, there were hooks everywhere). Next the food: we stayed half board and the buffet was excellent! At least 25 dishes plus show cooking fresh food at breakfast (omelettes) and dinner (fish/meat). The dinner food included pates, fruits, salads (change daily), fish, meat, lasagne, pizza, pasta, paella, chips, potatoes, cooked vegetables, soup and multiple desserts. The bar drinks were also very good and strong and we received welcome drinks our first night. The best thing about the bar is outdoor seating that wraps around the hotel for sea and beach views - stunning! There were very few negatives: no door on the bathroom area and a window to the shower cubicle from the bedroom so privacy is a problem depending on who you are sharing with. Für einen Kurztrip war es passend! Zimmer sehr schön und sauber Frühstück - ok…. Waren hauptsächlich unterwegs, daher kann ich vom Rest nichts sagen…

Lo mejor del hotel el personal, siempre dispuestos a ayudar para que la estancia sea agradable. La relacion calidad/precio de la habitacion superior es media, aunque la habitacion es grande el precio no esta acorde a lo que ofrece la habitación. Desayunos y cenas bastante bien con variedad

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt und einen wunderschönes Zimmer mit Blick auf den Es Trenc Strand. Das Personal war mega freundlich und sehr hilfsbereit.

Sports facilities

Vi bodde två nätter med halvpension. Trevligt rum med havsutsik, rent och fint. Underbart personal.

Short 3 night break was very enjoyable , hotel spotless nice room , beautiful views , fantastic food ,great friendly staff always had a smile , hotel right on top of a amazing beach perfect location for a relaxing brake ,would definitely stay again

Séjour parfait. Le personnel était très attentif. Les chambres étaient supers, une vue magnifique ! Literie très confortable. Nous reviendrons sans hésiter.

Sehr schöne Unterkunft. Direkt am EsTrenc. Alles freundlich, sauber und gutes Essen. Sehr gerne bald wieder
