Nous avons été logé dans cet hôtel après une annulation de notre premier hôtel Cet hôtel a été une très belle surprise de par la propreté, les activités proposées et les équipes de services, d’animation et d’accueil.

Ce que j'ai apprécié : L'établissement a une zone en travaux et malgré tout nous n'avons pas été gênés. Le buffet était varié et proposait de nombreux choix. Le personnel était accueillant, chaleureux et efficace. La piscine intérieure était bien chauffée. L'équipe d'animation, était top: Malgré le peu d'enfants présents en ce début de saison, elle a su mettre en place des activités et ils ont su communiquer avec les enfants malgré qu'ils ne parlaient pas français. Ce que je n'ai pas apprécié: les murs des chambres sont fins. Les éléments aquatiques extérieurs étaient trop froids mais des courageux y ont été. Le jaccuzi était trop froid ou trop chaud.

Muy buen complejo para pasar unos días en familia. Magnífico bufet. Personal muy amable.

Trasig vattenpump som hade läkt i garderoben. De tjockare filtarna var blöta första kvällen vi kom till hotellet. Smutsigt bakom dörrarna (stora dammråttor). Allt övrigt var toppen, speciellt maten!

Super Hotel with a nice area. It's a bit of old, but in general a super space to still. I can highlight the tennis court, which you can use for free.

Un appartement vraiment très vieillissant et pas propre. Les joints noir de la salle de bain avec des fuites d’eau au niveau de la baignoire! un personnel très peu ’aimable !!! Seul, le personnel de service des repas était plutôt agréable. Les personnes tenant l’accueil ainsi que le personnel d’hygiène était vraiment désagréable. Il n’y avait pas de salle de sport, la salle de arcade 1 machine sur 10 fonctionnait. Le ménage était bâclé, nous avions jamais le bon nombre de serviette. Il fallait tout le temps revenir à l’accueil en chercher. La carte aimantée de la chambre et se démagnétiser tous tous les jours !! Aucune possibilité de se garer aux alentours de l’hôtel. La piscine fermait pour 19 heures et non 20 heures comme ce qui était mentionné dans le contrat. Les plats étaient peu diversifié et de pas très bon goût… Cet hôtel ne vaut vraiment pas du tout quatre étoiles, comme nous avons pu faire auparavant sur la même île les prestations sont vraiment vraiment très mauvaise.

Kamen in der Nacht an, das gebuchtes Zimmer gab es nicht mehr. Es wurde uns eine alternative Lösung angeboten. Zimmer war ordentlich und sauber. Das Essen/Buffett war umfangreich, frisch und z.T. wurden tgl. Themen (z.B. griechisch) mit angeboten. Das Personal war freundlich und machten Ihre Arbeit gut und gingen, soweit möglich auf Fragen und Wünsche ein. Die ganze Anlage wurde in Ordnung gehalten. Es gab 6Tage die Woche ein abwechselndes Abendprogramm und Nachmittag Animation am Pool. es gab eine Klimaanlage im Zimmer, z.T. aber umständlich(3Stufen nur) einstellbar. Falls sie nicht gleich funktioniert, erstmal alle Türen richtig zumachen (Kontakte an den Türen) oder das Personal fragen, die helfen einem. Das zweite Manko, das ich hatte, war in den beiden letzten Tagen, an dem eine große Reisegruppe da war, die Angst hatte zu verhungern, wenig Benehmen hatten und lange,lange im Essraum waren und das Personal an Ihre Grenzen brachten. Im allgemeinen kann ich die Einrichtung sehr empfehlen, gegenüber ist ein LIDL, die Stadt mit langer Promenade und Sandstrandt in gehweite, empfehlen ist besonders der Strandt geradeaus runter, weniger Gäste aber Kleiner, aber zu empfehlen. Wenn wir in die Gegend nochmal fahren, gerne wieder Mfg Heinemann

Questa struttura è decadente, ascensore non funzionante per 5 giorni su 10 con appartamento al secondo piano , immaginate fare le scale con le valigie in mano. In più l'appartamento è senza stoviglie anche se è stato presentato completo di attrezzatura. Conclude la pessima valutazione la presenza di Topi, ebbene si Ratti che camminavano su e giù dai balconi dell'edificio. Dopo aver avvisato la reception della presenza di ratti, mi hanno detto che avrebbero avvisato la persona competente per mettere delle trappole....mai viste. Il tutto in un contorno di musica da discoteca a bordo piscina per tutto il giorno a volume alto senza tenere in considerazione chi vuole riposare. Esperienza da evitare.

We loved our stay at Vell Marí and would definitely go back again. It’s an easy drive from the airport. We didn’t bother paying extra for dedicated parking and we never had trouble getting parked on the streets outside the hotel. It’s right opposite Lidl which is handy if you don’t want to take toiletries in your suitcase. The staff were lovely and the food was good and varied every day although there were also consistent options like pizza and pasta so always something for my picky eater 7 year old. The hotel was clean and quiet. Rooms are soundproof so although we could just about hear the entertainment in the evenings it wasn’t loud enough that it kept my son awake and it also didn’t go on too late. Only negatives are that I would have liked a kettle in our room as I like a coffee when I wake up. We had a microwave so I would microwave water for coffee but a kettle would have been nice. Also the air con didn’t get super cold. It was noticeable during the day but at night it felt like it wasn’t really doing much so even though we had it on the coldest setting that still felt like maybe 22-23oC which is warmer than we are used to sleeping in at night. But really those negatives are so minor, it really is a super little hotel and I have recommended it to anyone who asked me about our holiday. Thank you Vell Marí :)

Nous sommes déçus car nous avons passé 48h sans climatisation avec une chaleur ecrasante malgre qu on soit alles 2 fois a la reception le dire. Nous avons payé une prestation tout inclus et nous avons vu des personnes en pensions complete voir meme en demi pension manger comme du tout inclus. A quoi bon payer plus cher. Dommage car l'hotel est tres beau , bien entretenu.

Très bon séjour en famille pour 1 semaine Propreté de la chambre peut être à revoir sur certains point mais uniquement pour dormir et se laver, cela suffit.

Vell Mari is a resort comprising of multiple blocks of apartments, each placed around the outdoor swimming pool, which is decent in size and surrounded by sun beds. There is a separate swimming pool outside for children with a water slide and an indoor swimming pool with jacuzzi. It is unusually located opposite a Lidl and in a primarily residential space. It is possible to walk to the beach but you are better off getting the bus or mini train, particularly in hot weather. This is a touristy hotspot, so if you want a Mallorcan experience, avoid Can Picafort. The rooms were spacious. There was plenty of plants and some character to the resort, Other guests are very competitive in reserving sun beds, with most taken before the pool is even open. The kids swimming pool (outside) is not staffed. For several hours there was human faeces placed on the side of the kids swimming pool, which put us off going there. The events staff performed a minidisco every night and performed the same routine. A couple of them did not seem to enjoy their jobs. The restaurant has a decent selection of food and drink, however the juices are extremely sugary and there are flies on the foods and throughout the restaurant. We had to put a €10 deposit for a kettle and a €10 deposit for an iron (no ironing boards available). I could go on and on. This is advertised as four stars, which you pay for, but it feels like 2/3 stars.
