地下鉄から歩いて10分かかりませんが、急坂でスーツケースは大変キツイです。 Verdi254はフロントがありません、在住のスタッフもいません。事前の連絡が必須。　 バス・トイレは共有、部屋は広くないです。 だけど、食事が24時間　好きな時に食べれます。 果物、ジュース、コーヒー、紅茶、ハム、チーズ、 ゆで卵、クッキー他スイーツ、種類豊富なパン　ジャム どれも美味しかったてす（大満足） 3泊しましたが掃除、タオルの交換は ありませんでした。 好きな時間にティータイムが出来ますし、食事もできます。 これが一番リラックスできてゆったり過ごせましたので 掃除やタオルの交換は許容範囲になりました。 グエル公園はここから近いです。 サクラダファミリアも歩いて行けました、街並みを 楽しめました。

グエル公園にすぐ行けるが、急勾配の坂の上にあるため、タクシーで行くことを強くお勧めします。また、チェックイン時間を事前に確認しておくことも。19:30に到着したけど、入り口の門がしまっていてヒヤッとした。電話番号に連絡したら20分後くらいに来てくれた。部屋は清潔で、ベッドもふかふか！バスルームはちょっと下水の匂いが気になった。

A casa é fofa e muito confortável. A equipe não ficava no local, mas prestou suporte pelo WhatsApp. O café da manhã e lanchinhos ficam disponíveis. O banheiro é compartilhado, mas não tivemos problemas quanto a isso. A casa estava vazia e praticamente só a gente por lá pra usar o banheiro. Recomendo e voltaríamos mais vezes com certeza!

The breakfast menu was limited and bread and fruits not always fresh. Furthermore, on my 3rd day the only bread left to eat was stale bread. The 4 nights that I stayed at Verdi 254, not once was my bed linen changed or provided with fresh towels. Therefore, won't be going back to that hotel ever again.

This is a hotel/hostel. We had a room with a private bathroom. The room locks are really funky and make a considerable amount of noise when operating. There were things that need attention (ie armoire was missing a door, bathtub floor was very slippery and another bedside table would be nice). Overall it was a good stay.

This was one of the weirdest stay experiences I have had. When I reached the hotel, the hotel staff took more than 30 minutes to arrive to check me in. Our room had a weird smell of unclean water pipes. We stayed for two nights and no housekeeping was provided. The breakfast items were stale, having been kept there for a long time without anyone replacing them. Unfortunately, my wife and I were both too sick to argue with the staff, who were not present on property and did not respond to our calls and messages on Whatsapp.

Saubere und wunderschöne Unterkunft, mit allem was man braucht! Tolles Frühstück und nahe einem sehr schönen Viertel gelegen. Besonders toller Service und ein besonderer Dank an das Personal, das die Unterkunft so schön hält.

Nice spot

Lovely place to stay near Park Guel. It retains it's old fashioned feel but with some extra touches. Buffet breakfast is available 24/7 if one is a little peckish. There is a nice veranda at the front to sit ot and read or relax. The only minor issue is that since it's a period property the doors to rooms aren't airtight so you can hear if other people come in late at night but no one came in too late or was to noisy and it's on a hill so every walk back burns off a few extra calories. Staff were really helpful with check in and cafes & supermarkets nearby. Ideal for a short break for singles or a couple.

This is a great little place with a buffet breakfast one can tuck into 24/7 The only downsides are no table with a table in the room and it's positioned up a hill so every walk back to the hotel includes an uphill struggle lol Staff were very friendly and it's only 7 mins walk from Park Guell too

Staff were all very friendly and helpful! Free 24-hour food/drink selection in the kitchen lobby was fabulous. Nice porch/terrace with tables was lovely with all the beautiful flor & fauna around. Location was perfectly walkable to local attractions (if you can handle hills!) with some gorgeous city views. Bus stops just down the hill. I enjoyed my stay!

We did not stay there because our taxi driver did not want to drop us off someplace he deemed unsafe. He took us to what appeared to be a boarding house in the worst section of town. He told us there were lots of drugs and crime and didn’t think it was safe for two women. We stayed at a different property. You should take this place out of your offerings.

I did not like how difficult it was with streep hill and many steps. I think this should be called a rooming establishment. We left this morning with almost no food
