Fab group stay at S'argamassa Villas. Lovely bar/cafe-restaurant.!Great staff! Clean and gorgeous villas! We were a group so taxis to Ibiza town, San Antonio etc were fine. Beaches, restaurant, ferry port for Formentera ferry walking distance. Note though taxis only seat 4 persons. Would definitely return!

Prachtige villa, heel vriendelijk personeel, dagelijkse schoonmaak, heerlijk zwembad. Fijne bedden, mooi interieur, alles aanwezig. Enorme aanrader!

Wij zijn er 3 weken geweest en hebben een heerlijk verblijf gehad. Het huisje met eigen zwembad is superfijn. De kinderen konden zwemmen wanneer ze maar wilden. De medewerkers, van horeca tot aan schoonmaak, super vriendelijk en zorgden ervoor dat alles goed geregeld was. Roomservice ook top. Op loopafstand een strandje en een winkeltje. En voor de kinderen een klimbos om de hoek. Maar er is niet superveel. Ik zou zeker een auto huren zodat je van meer mooie stranden, winkels en restaurants op het eiland kan genieten.

This is probably the only hotel, villa, apartment that the actual place looks 1000 times better than the picture they post online. The villas are amazing!!! I have no doubt in my mind that I’ll be back.

Wonderful villa with great staff

Nice villas but loads of ants and we got lots of bites. Food is super limited but tasty. No amenities but we had a car so could get to a good beach 20 mins away. Main problem was the ants and also the VERY loud iberostar across the road with loud music and bad singers until 11.30 every night. Ruins the nice family vibe sadly

What a find! This is a lovely Villa complex, comforts of a hotel (cleaning service, reception, bar, great breakfast), but the beauty of a Villa with lots of space and kitchen. If you are a young family, this is a great place to stay, the pool is small enough to manage young new swimmers, and its quiet enough at night. We had a car, but honestly didn't really need it, the Uber service is great. This location is about a 5 min drive from the main port with lots of restaurants and bars - a great distance away. You can walk to beaches and other restaurants, but the private pool is a great place to build memories. We had an amazing time.

We had a wonderful time at Villa s'argamassa and have returned home with happy memories. The villa, private pool and grounds are immaculately kept. The staff are friendly and helpful and the villa was cleaned daily. The small complex is very quiet and peaceful. We stayed with 4 young excitable children age 3, 6, 7 and 10, which was fine but we were very aware that we were the noisiest family there and hope we did not spoil anyones peace. There is a small shop opposite for basics and a bar/restaurant that is part of the complex, we didnt get an opportunity to eat there but the menu looked nice and they even do room service breakfast at no extra charge. The nearest big supermarket is about 1.5 km away which we walked to and got a cab back for 8 euro. It is quite remote but we walked into Es Cana along the beach and past the hippie market and got a boat from Cala pada jetty into Santa Eulalia a couple of evenings. We enjoyed our stay so much and would not hesitate to return.

Excellent villa 10 min walk to the beach and to Nikki beach. On-site restaurant (limited menu) and little supermarket were useful. Staff were friendly. 30-40mins/€50 to airport and San Antonio.

Overall excellent experience

S’argamassa villas are a great property, very clean, staff are great and very helpful and friendly. The bar area and restaurant they have is quiet and comfortable with decent breakfast options and nice cocktails in the evening. The surrounding area has some lovely beaches that are walkable, however not a huge amount of restaurants so we would drive out to eat or cook in the villa. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking or BBQing which was a nice choice to have. Would recommend

The resort was amazing. A nice modern yet traditional villa park that is not too crowded and has everything you need in the villas. We even got a fruit bowl that was stacked and some coffee. I liked how I got a bottle of champagne for my 34th birthday wich was May 15th. I did not expect this and it was such a kind gesture! The staff was amazing and very very kind to our 2 young children. Always amazing to see people being good and kind with little kids. It is very clean and very nice and I loved how they had a small supermarket just across from the hotel. Here we could purchase small things such as coffee and floaties for the children. It was our first time in Ibiza and we had an INCREDIBLE stay at this resort. We loved the island and would highly recommend it. If there was only 1 thing we would change it would be the ability to lock the front door from being opened by our 1 year old son. Because there was a pool we could not leave him to roam outside without supervision. It would be great if the door could be locked from children going outside. Other than that everything was just perfect.

S’argamassa Villas exceeded all of our expectations for our first visit to Ibiza! Mario was an excellent communicator prior to our trip and was there to greet us when we arrived. The villa itself was immaculate and very well appropriated for all our needs. The area around the Villas is quaint and enjoyable to walk around. The beach close to the property is beautiful! I really can’t say enough good things about S’argamassa Viilas and would recommend it to anyone I know travelling to the island!

Great services apartment, perfect for a family with your own privacy and private garden with pool. Good price compared to same stars hotels in the island.

Fantastisch huis met meer dan voldoende ruimte voor 4 personen, klein zwembad maar groter dan gedacht, leuke veranda, prima ontbijtservice! Vriendelijk personeel, helemaal top! Opties voor avondeten zijn erg beperkt maar genoeg alternatieven op Ibiza. Helaas één dag hele dag flinke regenval en dan regent het zelfs naar binnen……😂

Really friendly staff! Very clear villa and top job of the cleaning ladies everyday! Only downside is to have the neighbors too close and were some complains of the music at night,….

Fijne en schone villa. Goed verblijf met een gezin. Bedden zijn wat hard!
