Lovely hotel in a great position. The staff were all very nice and helpful The food was excellent. The only thing to remember is the fact that men aren’t allowed to wear shorts or tracksuit bottoms at dinner. It’s not a big deal, but just remember to pack long trousers for your stay.

This was the second year in row that I stayed at the XQ El Palacete. I travel a lot for business and leisure and I believe this is one of the best hotels in Europe. The reception staff was friendly, helpful, and welcoming. The chefs and dining room staff were first class. The food was excellent. The room was spacious, clean, and comfortable. The view from the balcony was spectacular. When I go to the Canary Islands, this is the only hotel where I will stay. I'm already looking forward to next year's stay! Thank you again, XQ El Palacete, for another relaxing vacation!

Das Personal war zwar freundlich, aber ich empfand den ganzen Aufenthalt als sehr unangenehm. Der Grossteil des Personals hielt sich nicht an die behördlich angeordneten Hygienemassnahmen, insbesondere Maskentragevorschrift, Reinigungspersonal welches abends ungefragt ohne Maske einfach das Zimmer betreten hat während ich leicht bekleidet auf dem Bett lag. Einfach eine Zumutung; hab sowas noch nie erlebt

Dejligt hotel for parret der gerne vil have fred og ro og nyde tilværelse med god udsigt direkte til Atlanterhavet fra balkon eller pool-området. Halv pension med gode varierende buffetter både morgen og aften.

Ritorno al Palacete! E' innegabile che l'hotel eserciti un forte richiamo ... sia per chi ci è già stato che per tutti i frequentatori di Morro Jable. La location e l'ambiente esclusivo sono al primo posto di questa grande "attrattiva" frutto di una studiata combinazione tra selettività e servizi, anche se questi ultimi - visti i prezzi - dovrebbero essere mediamente di qualità superiore. In particolare nella nostra stanza - al costo di circa 300 euro al dì - non c'era neppure un bollitore, schermo tv di dimensioni ridotte, bagno essenziale con doccia vecchio tipo e c'è da aspettarsi anche un adeguamento delle camere "standard" agli standard, appunto, dell'hotel (ed ai prezzi). Ristrutturata la zona benessere con lettini matrimoniali e "ceste" relax. Colazione e cena molto curate con ampia scelta senza troppi sprechi. Vista dalla camera per tramonti imperdibili.

Bella struttura in ottima posizione. Impagabile la vista del mare. Clientela prevalentemente datata e ambiente un po' formale, poco adatto ai bambini.

Lovely hotel with the 'prime' location in Morro Jable -just stunning; overlooking a sandy beach miles long and clear sea - breathtaking views and walks. As you move away from the center of Morro Jable and this hotel, towards the bigger hotels, you lose the charm of this little fishing village and the surroundings are not as nice and the beach is a bit of a trek, especially for kids . Very close to great restaurants/bars and more importantly for a windy island, the south facing room balconies are totally protected from windy conditions-perfect. Top floor is worth the extra. Staff can't do enough and food is very good in the hotel. Sparking wine on arrival and at breakfast on the terrace is an added bonus - worthy of a mention as it rounds off the hotel's attention to detail. Think it deserves a 5 star!! Two very impressed and satisfied customers..already planning to go back along with all the other guests we spoke to. Thanks for a wonderful few days

Ein wunderbares, kleines Hotel mit sehr zuvorkommendem Personal. Die Lage und der Blick sind kaum zu überbieten. Wenn Fuerteventura, dann dort.

- unmittelbare Strandnähe, ideal, wer das Rauschen des Meeres auch in der Nacht mag - sehr kompetente Mitarbeiter, aufmerksam, aber nicht aufdringlich - hervorragende Küche, abwechslungsreich und sehr schmackhaft - auf alle Fälle empfehlenswert !! - sehr gut vom Management geführtes Hotel

Insgesamt ein sehr schönes Hotel, allerdings sind noch nicht alle Zimmer renoviert, so eines hatten wir (aber der Zustand war trotzdem gut). Lage ist optimal, direkt am langen Strand und gleich in der Nähe der schönen Restaurants. Unschön ist die Aufteilung der Gäste in "Premiums" und andere, zB bzgl. der Wahl der Tische zum Frühstück,... Warum man immer noch ca. 2 Euro pro Tag für den Safe nimmt, erschließt sich mir auch nicht (da das Hotel ja preislich sehr hoch angesiedelt ist). Gäste so 50+, für Kinder eher ungeeignet. HP ist eigentlich nicht erforderlich, da man unten super essen kann (und sich im Hotel einer von zwei festen Essenszeiten zuordnen muss).

tolle lage,sehr guter freundlicher Service,lange keine Instandhaltung vorgenommen,überwiegend keine badezimmer als gehbehindertengerecht umgebaut - nur 6 -rest mit wanne ohne dusche..schön war, keine " reservierungshandtücher "auf den liegen."premium"buchen bringt kein zusätzliches urlaubsfeeling, viel zu teuer.die lage ist traumhaft. Hotel aber sehr hellhörig .

Die vorangegangenen Beschreibungen geben alles bereits gut wieder. Da ich sehr kurzfristig gebucht hatte, war das Preis-Leistungsverhältnis für mich zu teuer. Ansonsten aber nettes Hotel in guter Lage.
