The reception staff were very friendly and welcoming. I was able to borrow a UK adapter plug when I realised I had forgotten mine. The room was lovely and clean. It had a high vaulted ceiling and exposed brick walls. The Aircon took a while to get going but was effective when it did. The bathroom was clean and spacious. It was designed for disabled use with a low shower and a stool in the shower. I didn't request this but it was fine for me. The location was handy for the main tourist area, just a few minutes walk. I didn't have breakfast at the hotel so can't comment on that but the seating area at reception was comfortable, nicely decorated and calming. I enjoyed my stay and would stay here again. Gracias 😁

The hotel is at walking distance to central part of Valencia. Value for money, well maintained property.
The room was big enough for 2 people and the open door standing balcony was highlight of the room. Public transport incl. Transport for airport was easily accessible.

Aucune isolation avec l’étage du dessus. Et rue bruyante.
Je déconseille si vous venez en voiture car le parking est compliqué à trouver et surtout il est extrêmement étroit ce qui rend toute manœuvre extrêmement dangereuse.

Our room had the bathroom sink right up against the bed. And the toilet was a small glass door, yes see through glass also right next to the bed. The breakfasts were horrible. In 3 mornings never went down to got eggs. Always cold or all gone and not replaced. They put the pancakes in a serving dish frozen an you had to give them back your plate to put in microwave.

Clean room convenient location 10 mins from central market. Need to reserve parking in advance. Some jets worked in bath not all. Double rain shower was very nice but only one side worked fully. Loved the bathroom set up with separate toilet and shower and vanity. Comfortable beds! Would stay again.

We stayed here four nights and we were very at home. There were four of us so 2 slept on one side and two slept on the other side of a wall. The architecture was beautiful in the room. We didn’t even need air conditioning. The temperature was perfect. We absolutely loved the staff, Carmela and Carmen… they were both so nice and helpful…
We had the breakfast one day and it was ok The bathroom wonderful and the mattresses were super comfortable. The room was well lit on both sides of the wall. It was a beautiful area and quiet and convenient.

Very clean and a convenient location for central Valencia. Local to bus and train stops.
I stayed during March festival and it’s noisy everywhere. The hotel gave earplugs to dampen the sound which worked well. I’d book again.

Sabiendo que habían habitaciones pedimos cambio por que. La nuestra no tenía ventana da a un muro. Solicitamos cambio y la Srta muy desagradable dijo que no había más. Y yo sufro de claustrofobia como que es boutique? Terrible . Que pésima noche. Y el calor insoportable sin manera de controlarlo en pleno invierno.
