We loved our stay at 18 Faces. The staff were incredibly kind and helpful, the room was beautiful, amazing breakfast, a free shuttle to the fort and it was very well priced.

Extremely comfortable stay. The breakfast was the best I had in Sri Lanka by a mile, But it was the excellent customer service that stood out. Everyone was excellent and went out of their way to help me. I recommend most highly.

Great staff, nice room, good breakfast

Close enough to the fort and the free tuktuk to is useful. Room is well presented and fairly clean. You do get the odd whiff from the municipal dump round the corner though.

The property could do with a little overhaul, but the pool though small is under the cover of glorious trees and that makes a cool dip which is a delight. There are pool chairs also in the shade as well as others in the full sunshine. When the temperature exceeds 30 degrees. The nearby beach is not worth swimming in. Far too much pollution. Push bikes can be hired at Galle fort and it is flat for riding.

Very friendly and helpful staff. Courtesy tuk tuk to take you where you want to go.Beautiful grounds in tropical setting including a family of monkeys in the trees. Nice ,clean,pool. Small hotel, maybe seven rooms. Very good breakfast. A bit away from the center but you have the tuk tuk.

Meget venligt personale. Billederne lyver ikke, det er et rigtig hyggeligt lille hotel. Værelserne er rene og hyggelige.

Great location, really pleasant and clean rooms, but the thing that makes this such a good place to stay are the friendly staff. All of the people are incredibly helpful and generous.

We stayed for two nights..& whilst the weather wasn’t great.. the folk at 18 faces were very kind & offered us an umbrella everytime we went out.. very helpful & pleasant staff. Small place so quiet & peaceful.. very close to Galle fort.

Fantastisk lite hotell drevet av nydelige mennesker. Ingenting å klage på. Slagordet deres er «Loving and Caring», noe som gjenspeiler hele oppholdet. En perle!

Hotel was perfect distance from Galle Fort and a free tuk tuk service was offered to the town. Breakfast was great with lots of options! The pool was quite dirty so we didn't use this - a cleaner pool would have made this hotel much better! We had a 'Dream Face' room which was located behind the reception desk area and had a small outdoor area with no view at all. We would have requested an 'Air' or 'Water' room in advance (both facing onto the pool) had we known. The room itself was nice however, well decorated and had a good shower. Hotel staff couldn't be faulted, they were all very friendly and were happy to help at all times of the day!

Sehr nettes und zuvorkommendes Personal, leckeres Frühstück. Der Pool ist eine gute Abwechslung bei der Hitze. Kostenloser Tuk Tuk Service ins Fort. Ein paar Aufhängemöglichkeiten im Zimmer wären gut :)

The hotel is situated about a 20 minute walk from centre of Galle. It is relatively new so the facilities are excellent. The staff are all very welcoming and always have a smile on their faces. The food at the hotel is excellent and reasonably priced. I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and can recommend it.

Nice family run hotel. Modern, clean with friendly helpful staff. Comfortable room. Good breakfast. I can highly recommend this hotel.

Small hotel. Location is a bit off, but takes a few minutes by tuk tuk from Galle Central Station. Staff is very friendly and service minded. They do everything in their power to make you feel comfortable.
