Very nice place, quiet and comfortable. Litteraly 2 minutes walk to the beach and lots of restaurants in the area. Ac works good, big room and delicious breakfast. The owner is a very nice and kind woman we recommend 100%

Private balcony with a view, AC room. The family is so friendly and lovely! The location is great too. The only thing is that the WiFi only works on the balcony / outside, not in the room.

This place was amazing. It is just across the road from the beach, super clean, had mosquito nets, fast check in, close to good restaurants and wonderful staff. The lady who looks after the place makes the most amazing breakfast (I asked for traditional Sri Lankan and it was some of the best food I had during my 5 weeks in Sri Lanka). I could not fault this place at all and would definitely recommend staying here.

I've been staying here for 11 nights. The room was clean and cozy. Locations is super suitable. Really 2 min walk to Mirissa beach. Through the window we have seen the ocean. The owners were hospitable and met us with taste fresh juice. Breakfasts were taste as well. If you will request, you can obtain a dinner as well. Definitely suggest this place.

Great space to stay, with a nice sized bedroom and bathroom. Good location as it’s on the main road and next to the beach, however means you can hear the traffic early morning. Excellent service and breakfast was delicious!

Rubik our host was absolutely marvelous. The room was clean and was cleaned on a regular basis. Lovely four poster bed with mosquito netting. We took the room on the first floor at the front, which gave us a wonderful view into the canopy of the coconut trees, where a family of monkeys amused us over the course of several days.... The breakfasts were phenomenal. Either European, or, our preference, was the traditional Sri Lankan breakfast - Egg hoppers, plain hoppers or string hoppers, served with a different curry or Dahl or a lovely simple tomato salsa, plus pancakes filled with coconut sugar and ground coconut and a selection of fresh fruit, plus a big pot of tea or coffee. The wifi worked well and the room and bathroom were clean and simple. No 'air con', but the room didn't need it, as it caught the lovely sea breezes and had a fan. Overall our stay was delightful, well placed for walking to Turtle point or just over the road from the main beach at Mirissa. We're looking forward to visiting the family again!

We had a great stay and made very welcome. Each morning our breakfast was brought to our room. The breakfast was lovely and traditional. The room was just as it was described when booking and was nice to have our own little seating area.

We had an amazing stay here. The owner was super kind and lovely. She made the best breakfast and looked after us very well. I would definitely recommend staying here.

They over booked the place so when we arrived there on the night before new years eve they presented us with a closet- like windowless room in the back instead of the sea view we reserved two months ago. Luckily we found another place but this was a huge letdown. They don't speak any English so solving problems is hard.

Excellent location, the hosts were very kind and they had laundry service for very cheap. Breakfast was delicious, they offered different options every day . I would give it a perfect score if it wasn't for the lack of Wi-Fi. Unfortunately there were some technical difficulties. I would definitely recommend this accommodation.
