チェックイン時、マネージャー不在で３０分以上ロビーで待たされた。スタッフも親切でなかった。

１階がレストラン、２、３階がホテルの部屋、屋上からは周辺が見渡せ、 部屋には小さな石鹸が無料のアメニティとして置いてありました。 無料のウオーターボトルはありませんでしたが購入でき、コーヒー／ティーメーカーは置いていないそうです。 建物の前に線路が通っていて、列車の汽笛が聞こえてきました。駅へも徒歩圏内です。

Due to the Full-moon celebrations we had made a booking days in advance, which had been confirmed in writing. On the day of arrival when we called the hotel to inform that our train would be an hour late, they claimed we didn’t have a booking. They even put the phone down on us.

The building here is a bit old, and you can see the wear and tear in the space, but that just makes it interesting. This is a great, central, inexpensive space to stay when you see Jaffna. There's a restaurant below- a big cafeteria style front and a slightly hidden secret courtyard in back which is a beautiful place to spend an evening. I would spring for a room with AC, though, if you're new to SL. I was shocked at how much hotter Jaffna is than the rest of the country. The staff are lovely and sweet! Really friendly customer service.

Pros: convenient location; good restaurant for dinner; large room and bathroom Cons: door lock was tricky; things supposedly provided were not until I pressed (free bottled water, coffee makings); overall bleak atmosphere Okay for one night, but I would not have wanted to stay there any longer.

This was a great choice for a few days in Jaffna.

A cheap room at a cheap price. The main hilight is the tandor oven. Great tandoori chicken, nan breads etc. etc.

It is not hotel but guest house.most horrible mattress ever seen.changed my stay to hotel parkview on Kandy road due to back pain.not recommend. Only good thing is restaurant .for the same price better hotels are available.

Very basic hotel, needs some work. Room clean. Staff very friendly. Over priced for what you get.

It was a short stay, But it was OK for a small town

Pretty convenient locations but the room is a bit dusty. Having AC is definitely helpful. Staff are friendly and helpful. Clean bathroom.

The accommodation was adequate, beds quite hard, place very noisy. The food was excellent in the restaurant, but the service was very slow.

great people, great price

Staircase looks awesome. Tandoor chicken is to die for in a restaurant. Bathroom is a bit dirty and lacks of comfort. The room has beds, desk and broken closet. If you want cheap room without luxury, this is your place.

Fairly clean with easy access to public transport

Das Restaurant ist gut und empfehlenswert. Das Hotel dagegen nicht. Die Möbelwaren waren abgewohnt und dreckig. Die Bettlaken waren sauber, die Matratzen sehr hart. Es gab kein warmes Wasser, der Hahn am Waschbecken war defekt , das Wasser spritzte zur Seite. Die Sauberkeit war ungenügend. Das Hotel machte insgesamt einen heruntergekommenen Eindruck. Es stellt sich die Frage, wie ein solches Hotel die Aufnahme in die Liste bei Expedia finden kann.

Air conditioners of rooms in poor condition. Need to run ceiling fan s together with A/C to get little comfortable. Food is more expensive than out side hotels nearby can walk in minutes.
