Good hospitality.

サファリをするには便利な場所だが、部屋のバストイレが汚く、残念だった。スタッフも何度もお願いしても対応してくれず、だらけている感じがした。コスパは悪いが、ロケーションはいい。

他に選択肢が無く、このホテルに決定。 ディナーは値段の割にはよくない。 室内の電話が壊れていて不通。無線ＬＡＮもなし。 ドライヤーなし。 ホテルスタッフには、英語が出来ないスタッフもいる様子。

The rooms were spacious and the bathroom showers were amazing! Loved the quiet and peaceful surroundings too

A very nice relaxing stay at elephant reach

Owners and staff are very respectful and helpful! Very personable too and will do anything to make your stay the best it can possibly be. Will defiantly stay here again! It’s only a 15 minute drive to Yala National Park the food is fantastic for all! Lovely setting and perfect hotel! Thank you to all at Elephant Reach!

Elephant Reach is a lovely rustic property. Each guest has his/her own spacious bungalow with air conditioning. Wi-Fi is only available in the reception and restaurant area. 3 buffet meals are served three times a day at set times. The staff is incredibly welcoming and helpful and want to assist in making trip arrangements. They arranged transit from the airport and to Galle for me in addition to a full day safari. They know the best tour operators, and overall I had a great experience. If you are looking to go on a safari, this is the place to stay, and it’s just minutes from Yala National Park. Other than safaris and one temple, there isn’t much to do in the area.

The staff are very helpful.. the pool is great and rooms are beautiful. Breakfast was very nice and tho not a buffet they is plenty to eat . We would to loved to stay longer .

Hi My husband and I are travellers , we have travelled all through Asia staying it lots of places and we found this place was beautiful but the food was 2nd rate, Alchol was not available for me and very limited for my husband, it was a bit out of the way and there was really nothing to do. Very disappointed. The place itself is beautiful.

Nice property and location but a big let down with restaurant service and food. Drinks took 45 mins to arrive after 2 reminders. Cold fish and chips served twice. Breakfast Buffett cold.

Godt hotell når man skal til nasjonalparken - et av de nærmeste hotellene. Rommet vårt var hyggelig innredet og med fint bad. Hyggelig hage med svømmebasseng. Bra buffémiddag om kvelden.

This hotel was a real disappointment. We checked in at 7.00pm and checked out at 8.30pm that very night. We had booked 2 chalet rooms. There were gecko droppings on the sheets. The room had a stale smell. The bath area did not have any lighting and it was not clean. The walls between the rooms were very thin and we could hear the baby crying in the next room and also their conversations. The towels had stains on them and it had a peculiar smell. There were also lots of mosquitoes. When we decided to check out immediately, the porters did not even help us with our baggage!

Service was pretty poor here and the food was terrible. The rooms were fine and its relatively close to Yala National park but I would recommend seeing if there is anywhere else before you choose this.

Reasonable rooms but geared mainly to coach parties and buffet meals.

The hotel images which we saw on the website didn't match that to what we actually saw when we reached the hotel, very disappointing. The rooms are not clean, hotel had only 16 guests staying there at the same time as us, the swimming pool was filthy, you couldn't see the bottom of the pool. Facilities very poor, only swimming pool, Kids play area, bar & restaurant which both close at 10:00pm each night.

Lovely staff who were very helpful. Great location for a Yala safari, 2km to Kirinda. Buffet breakfast was ok.

The restaurant staff preparred nice food in bufet style and did take care of the customers. The hotel is charging 300 Rupi for 2 hours of Wifi. The mini bar in the room was looked. The receptionist was asked two times to open the minibar with no result. The receptonist promised to organize a jeep for a tour in the national park. The jeep was not ready in the morning. Preparring the bill needed two reminders before it was available.

große, saubere Zimmer. Großer Pool - Wasser super - Anlage etwas zuwenig gepflegt (z.B. Blätter im Pool und Liegebereich). Perfekte Lage für die Safari im Yala Nationalpark.
