My family and I cannot speak highly enough of our stay at Fort Edge a week ago. From the time we arrived, Thushara, Roshan and Sunil went out of their way to make sure we felt at home, and that all our needs were met. From delicious meals at the restaurant (there is a great variety of both western and Sri-Lankan dishes to feast on), to very helpful suggestions about nearby places to visit and the best ways to get there, to consistently outstanding hospitality from all the staff, we went away from Fort Edge wishing that we could stay longer. With its natural beauty and tranquil surroundings, and an amazing pool/hammocks and other areas to relax in, this retreat is perfect for families, friend groups and couples. Thank you so much to Thushara, Roshan and Sunil for giving our family such a beautiful experience.

とにかくビーチまでが遠すぎる。トゥクトゥクで5分は掛かるし、周りは田んぼと山しかないので外に出れない。 よって、宿泊費以外に別のコストが確実にかかります。 また、掲載のホテル名が実際と異なるので見つけるのに一苦労。もう二度と泊まることはありません。

With basic amenities of tourist destination hotels like a clean room (only cleaned upon request), drinking water(referring to the 2 small bottles of water given in the room), fresh towels ( again upon request only), clean swimming pool (gathering ground for mosquitoes), 24/7 electricity missing for this hotel and the fact that it is located far from tourist attractions, I highly recommend not to choose this hotel. The only saving grace for this hotel is the good food.

Our party of 5 showed up to a nonexistent villa and were given 2 dark rooms with 3 single beds in each...just like a bunk room or hostel. We had planned on a kitchen so stopped on the way to the villa and bought all sorts of breakfast food for a nice brunch and had to cook it in an open 1/2 finished kitchen (wall-less) on single electric skillets.
