The staff here are very welcoming and kind. This is the third time I have stayed here and I would definitely come again. The guy that cleaned our room did a sterling job.

Absolutely loved the stay.. Great room service menu with delicious food (try out their vegetable lumprise which was the best i’ve ever had). Cozy bed and clean washroom.. Slept like a baby.. Had a relaxing time

スタッフは皆、感じがよく、施設も新しく天井が高く開放感があり清潔で快適に過ごせました。ただ若干気になった点があるとすれば宿泊した部屋だけがたまたまそうだっただけなのかもしれませんがシャワーの水圧が弱かった程度です。

丁寧に掃除がされていてとても綺麗です。エアコン、usbの口など部屋の設備が充実しています。
ホテルの向かいにあるスーパーマーケットで飲み物やスナックなどが安く手に入り便利です。

客室はとても綺麗でお洒落でした。
屋上のバーは夜はコロンボの街が一望出来てとても素敵でした。
また暑いのでプールは昼も夜も使用させて頂きましたが楽しめました。
目の前にスーパーがありちょっとした買い物はとても便利です。
従業員の方はとても親切でしたが、ホテルを通して予約したレストランでは予約が取れてなかったり、他にももう一件トラブルがあり、、、
朝食ビュッフェは至って味は普通、種類は少なかったです。

We had a joining suite. The showers didn't have sustainable water tempreture. The faucet would go from scalding hot to icy cold in seconds, back and forth. I explained this to the staff, however, they didn't understand. I was left waiting for service in the bar for long periods on both occasions that I visited. I had to go an source staff ro serve me. When they did my orders took a very long time even though there were very few people using the bar.

I don’t any to highlight that the Housekeeping was excellent, Pahan, the housekeeping staff who cleaned my room did an excellent job by keeping the room clean and tidy daily. He was honest and courteous (I never locked things away). All in all the staff were friendly. Food was average in Ala Carte menu but I enjoyed the breakfast and nice and friendly atmosphere. I’m going to come back in our next trip to Colombo.

Amazing hotel. Staff were brilliant- particularly on roof top bar. The pool is great. The shower is the best I’ve ever experienced- power. I would highly recommend this hotel.

The room was very clean and spacious. There's a bar, restaurant, and pool at the top of the building, and the sunset view from there was amazing. The staff was nice and helpful. There's also a supermarket right in front of the building, which was very convenient. Overall, very satisfied.

Unfortunately communication with Jetwing is terrible. We have an unresolved issues between Expedia and Jetwing. To resolve a booking issue and issue a refund Jetwing are needed to respond to communication from Expedia and/or ourselves. I have rated the hotel 1 star in a hope in hearing from Jetwing regarding this matter.
Rooftop food is poor and service is slow.
The rooftop pool is wonderful and rooms are clean.

Great experience. I had 2 stays in Colombo one at the Jetwing Seven and a different hotel. My experience was so good I cancelled the other hotel and ended up booking the Jetwing for the duration of my stay.
It’s a gem. Staff are exceptional.

Excellent service and room. The staff were all kind and helpful and went out of their way to help in all ways.
The food was great too.
I liked the ambience in the room. the bath tub, the bathroom, the kitchen and the room was very comfortable, including the bed. I appreciated the black out curtains and I was able to rest and replenish.
I enjoyed my stay immensely. I didn't really want to leave. I will return again another time soon. Thank you for the great experience.
