ホテルは特に他の人がいうような虫は余りいなく、とても快適でした。 部屋も綺麗でGoodでした。 シャワーもメチャっ強いし、ホットもちゃんと出るしでよかったです。

Very nice hotel in the center of Anuradhapura. The room was really clean and comfortable, the pool was great, the food was excellent (we recommend to take the diner at the hotel) and the manager was extremely kind, helping us organize our visit to the city with a wonderful guide for a very honest price. Some comments mentioned noise from the street, but we were not disturbed at all during our stay. One recommendation: add a mosquito net, since mosquitos in Anuradhapura seemed quite aggressive

Good and clean family room and friendly staff. Arranged a tuktuk tour for us to discover Anuradhapura. Kids enjoyed the swimming pool as well. We only stayed one night but was an excellent place for our stop in Anuradhapura.

We stayed 4 nights at Kutumbaya hotel and we loved it ! Desmond was a very attentive and friendly host. The food was very good (thank you Samantha !). The swimming pool is perfect and very clean. Hope to see you again in the future. Matthias

Lot of mosquitoes.. the hotel wasn’t s providing the mosquito repellent., surrounded with garbage, it’s an eye sore. I won’t recommend this hotel, it’s terrible..

I really enjoyed my stay at Kutumbaya. The staff were really friendly and helped organise a safari and tour of the ancient ruins for me. The food was great, particularly the Sri Lankan breakfasts. The WiFi and air con were good and I even found some Premiership football on the TV. I’d definitely stay here again!

This is a very great place to stay couple of Nights to check Anuradhapura. The staff Ann is super helpful, made sure that we are well looked after and I would for sure stay there again!

Die Unterkunft ist für eine Tour mit dem Tuk-Tuk durch die Stadt und die Umgebung gut gelegen. In der Nähe gibt es gute und günstige Möglichkeiten für ein Abendessen. Das Frühstück mit frischen Früchten im Haus ist empfehlenswert.

Great friendly service and very helpful in providing advice, bikes and dinner during our stay. The rooms were spacious and clean, the only downside was the open air bathroom which invited in mosquitoes. All things considered it's a great place to stay.

This is a small hotel punching well above its weight thanks to the wisdom and care of its manager, Anna. As a family of 5 she looked after our every need - including excellent in house Ayervedic massage and bike hire. Rooms are clean, spacious and shower best so far in SL. Highly recommended.

They try their best but things got to be improved, but we pay Cheap price can’t expect that much.

My description of a resort would be different from Kutumbayas. I’d call it a guest house, but nevertheless it was very pleasant. It was a good location away from the bustling city but still close to the ancient capital. I enjoyed the breakfasts and dinners and the costs were very reasonable. The hosts were helpful and enjoyed sharing their Sri-Lanka food. You will not go hungry and are in for a treat. The room was nice, shower hot, a/c cold, and the bed comfortable.

The hotel is very new, so the rooms are very nice and compared to other accommodations very modern. All of the facilities worked perfectly and the shower was hot and strong. We felt very welcomed by the manager of the hotel. She explained in a very detailed way all of the sites to visit in the area and shared some secret spots with us. In addition, we had some nice chats about her and Sri Lanka. She even made us free fruit juices. The breakfast was very nice compared to other breakfast in Sri Lanka, because they offer some local breakfast specialities too. The only negative point was that the WiFi was very weak in the new bungalow we stayed in, but it worked in the common area. In the end, we can highly recommend this place and would stay there again.

It was a family stay. We took ac room for overnight stay. Great facilities, food was good. Room was clean and decorated in modern style. Specious bathroom .

Its good place to stay , clean area, small hotel. Staff is kind,helpfull. Limited area for parking. Room is comfortable . Destination is reachable place at anuradhapura town.

The room is clean, and comfortable,we booked the family room for three persons. They provided bottled water an d heater so that we can drink hot tea and coffee. Toilet and bath room are open,but there are a high wall to protect our privacy. Good experience there.

We were visiting Anuradhapura and wanted somewhere near town. This hotel has their own TukTuk and as part of their service they collect you from the bus / train station - (sadly I missed the email from them) They also do free of charge drops off ! It’s about a 10min walk to the new town bus station so very close to town And a good market The family & staff who run the hotel are the sweetest / kindest people,the first night we were there they did not have any ginger ale-so they ran out to the local shop to get some - amazing service. It’s a lovely house set in a lovely but small garden, where you have breakfast / dinner and drinks at the bar the rooms are fairly large - king size beds incredibly comfortable. Our room had ac but no fan - and the room was quite dark, but there was a well placed reading light over the bed. A small corridor room with a kettle and sink and then a door opening onto an amazing open air bathroom - the rain head shower ( with hot water) is literally in the open air underneath trees - the toilet is covered with a glass roof so You won’t get wet and their is a large sink and a flattering mirror under cover . It was a great surprise when I opened the door - great shower ! You can see that design has gone into this small hotel - they’ve used poured concrete to great effect - if you want something different , something a bit funky stay here ! Food was good,we only had the breakfasts - but dinner was available. bicycles are on site.

Extremely supportive staff made my stay very enjoyable. Staff assisted with arranging transport, guides and outings. The room was functional and clean. It and had air conditioning and a television. The property had pleasant outdoor sitting and dining areas. Breakfast was not in the price but was adequate and at a reasonable cost.
