もう一度泊まりたいホテル。今度は数日宿泊して、ゆっくり過ごしたい。

I absolutely loved my stay at Mandara and I will be back soon for sure. The staff were very friendly and special thanks to the Priyankara and bar staff, Lalit, Sampath and the pool staff and the lady who checked me in at the reception. I will for sure recommend many people in the UK to stay in the hotel. Keep up the good work team! Stunning views and location. Nice simple set up and a homely feel. Thanks a lot. see you soon! :)

Great hotel great sraff

Loved this place. Staffs were very helpful and offered excellent hospitality. Location was very good and rooms were spacious and well maintained.

Amazing stay!

It is a nice peaceful resort. The staff especially in the resurant and pool side was so nice and friendly. The main drawback with this resort is it's not a good place during rainy season as it's on the bank of estuary. As the river water comes with force during rainy season the sea is muddy and cannot swim or play in the sea. The next thing is that the staff in the reception have no answer for anything you ask. If you ask what activities you have nearby they will tell you to Google. Tuk tuk is available if you walk to the main road, but they don't even help calling for one. So unless ypu have everything sorted it's better not to stay there as for all activities you have to go to either Mirissa or Weligama. If you are just coming to relax then it's a nice place. Food was not that great.

Very disappointing stay.When i reached i informed them that i want to upgrade to bigger room because i have 1 more guest with me,so they said it is already full.Later the manager informed that they can upgrade to room with private pool and they will add 1 more single bed (initially no available room so ot means they alraedy changed my room). i was surprised that the pool is not functionning for more than 1 month and totally dirty. Also i requested indining 3 times but the food came after 2 hours. The room is dirty and espcially the tables.

Overall very nice ocean front facility, rooms are clean, older but comfortable. AC works well. Staff though not very well trained are trying their best to be helful. Food is good, lots of chices and close to authentic. Difficulty road to get to the hotel, then this is normal for Sri Lankan hotel outside of Colombo.

Slighly dated but staff are lovely and a great pool, quiet area

It’s an ok hotel for the price if you are OK with a 3 star hotel that is worn. Nice pool area and beach, and friendly staff. Breakfast buffet is not good to be honest. Classes not clean, not big variety or quality. There is an omelette stand, but be aware of getting black “stuff” from the omelette pan on the eggs as well. We decided to leave the hotel for Marriott instead because of our expectations was not met. But lower your expectations from 4 star, then OK and good price.

Possibility of surfing

We like the executive room not the room with the pool, the pool is too small and u the room is not renovated yet. The executive room with a jacuzzi was much better with the view the refurbishment and the shower inside

För en familj på tre, så kan vi säga följande: Fördelar med boendet: + Mycket trevlig och hjälpsam personal + Trevlig pool med olika djup + Barnstolar i restaurangen + Trevlig strand med fin utsikt + Stora rum, med stor balkong + Stor brett frukostutbud Nackdelar: - Löpbanden på gymmet fungerade ej, lite eftersatt gymutrustning som behöver lite kärlek från olja. - Renoveringar under vår tid där. - Om du är lat, så behöver du gå ut till vägen för att få en tuk-tuk om du inte låter hotellet beställa en åt dig.

Wir waren 4 Nächte im Hotel, davon 2 mit Abendbüffet. Das Hotel ist sehr schön angelegt,liegt abseits und ist normalerweise sehr ruhig. Wir hatten das Pech das in den 4 Tagen am Aufzug renoviert, die Solaranlage am Dach bearbeitet, bei der Beachbar irgendwas geschliffen wurde, die Wege behämmert und der Bereich um den Pool neu gestrichen wurde. Alles an sich nicht schlimm, in Summe ein bisschen mühsam, vor allem der Aufzug, das Stiegenhaus war ständig staubig und Werkzeug lag herum. Ansonsten ist es klein, aber fein, Strand okay, Essen auch gut, an dem "Abgewohntsein" arbeiten sie offenbar gerade :-) Leider sind der Speisesaal und auch die "Beachbar" nicht offen, sondern abgeschlossene Lokale, die sehr runtergekühlt sind. Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und kennt sich mit Standardabläufen auch recht gut aus, aus der Norm fallende Fragen überfordern sie ein bisschen.

Velmi prijemny a ochotny personal ktory vam pripravi veceru aj po zaverecnej a pri vasom neskorom prichode v neskorych hodinach. Super jedlo. Vrelo odporucam za navstevu!

Restaurant and pool staff were lovely. We booked a room with a private plunge pool but it wasn't so private with workmen making noise and working above it from 7.30 am each morning.

Charged me for extra person which was not clear at the time of booking

The resort and staff were fantastic. Needed to use a tuk tuk to get to nearby attractions, but small price to pay for the fantastic treatment we received at Mandara.

What can I say! The staff was excellent! The food was phenomenal! The stay was beyond perfect! Thank you Mandara resort staff and management for upgrading my room and making me feel like family! I will be back for sure!
