部屋は掃除してあり清潔だった。朝食はビュッフェではなく、メニューから注文する方式。スタッフは皆丁寧な対応。チップをいくら上げればよいのか迷ったが、受け取らないスタッフもいた。

It was very pleasant stay. Front staff was very caring and efficient and good. Room is well equipped and nice atmosphere. Nice roof top terrace bar with good view.

Wifiが激遅いのが難点、それ以外は問題ない。

新しくて綺麗なお部屋で、設備も新しいです。ただ、車の交通量がそれなりに多いので外の車の音はやはり気になりました。

大型ホテルにはないくらいのスタッフの親切さと、細かいところまで目が届くっサービスの良さ。 宿泊する日本人は初めてのようで、とても気を使っていただけました。 サービスもよく、値段もリーズナブルでしたので、コロンボに行く際は、また利用したいです。

Rent, pent, god service

More like a 2 star property, not clean, stains on the linen and mould on the blind and shower walls but there’s a sign saying you get charged 100USD if you stain towels. There was about 15 red ants we found in the room just before check out by the balcony, also the balcony door lock was broken. Location is nice but you can definitely get better quality for cheaper elsewhere.

I had a fantastic stay at ME Colombo. From the very first moment I was warmly welcomed. The staff were extremely helpful, especially Sanjula and Suraj who work at the bar/restaurant — they made my stay perfect. The food at the restaurant was very good, with something for every taste, ranging from Sri Lankan dishes to international cuisine. The atmosphere at the hotel was great, and the rooftop pool offered a beautiful view of the city. For this price, this is the most u can Get. I will definitely book this hotel again on my next trip to Colombo. This hotel gets a 10/10 from me and is highly recommended.

Already reviewed my stay, for both reservations, earlier.

Had 2 separate reservations and the initial one was more expensive. That initial room was dirty (sewer flies in the tub, strong mildew from the shower, stains on the couch, dust/webbing hanging from the lights, weak fan etc.) Second reservation I politely asked that the room be cleaned and they did absolutely that. Still had bugs but they gave me spray. Confusion with restaurant staff--the just do not fill in the blanks nor say they don't understand. They just do things and keep wondering why you're not happy. The hotel manager, however, worked ALL of this out. Got on everyone to make sure I was taken care of, midway. Staff are very friendly and sincere! The hotel is wonderful and it was amazing by the last 24hrs. Just a shame I have to be in this weird spot of being a polite foreigner and firmly getting what I paid for. Good food. Excellent breakfast! Guests are often foreigner or well-done locals; and, we want clean rooms as soon as you give the key. End of story.

The staff were all so friendly and accommodating. The room was so clean with a powerful shower and comfortable bed and perfect for our overnight stay. Spent the morning at the rooftop pool before midday checkout. Would recommend!

Spacious, clean and very comfortable rooms. Staff very friendly and happy to assist.

Hard to recommend due to condition of the property, traffic noise and comfort levels. Door to room was hard to operate and left open by staff after making the room up. Condition of gym equipment rendered it inoperable. Pool was temporarily closed for maintenance without warning. Wifi was slow at best.

It’s not a big property, it has some height but not too much wide. But it’s well managed and have good view too. Food quality is better we tried their evening snack platter and that was awesome. Room space is quite decent and have all the necessary stuff. Duty manager and staff is very polite and helpful. Location was it’s good as well, one mall and street food market is near.

Comfortable, clean and convenient place. Food is tasty and safe. Supportive staff.
