　家族経営のホテルでとてもアットホームでした。おかみさんがとても素敵な方でした。 　ジャングルの中にあり、沢山の野鳥がさえずっていました。 　部屋からはベランダがあり、リクライニングシートがあり、ゆっくり本を読みました。

スタッフがとても親切！ ６時過ぎるとあたりの道が暗くなるので注意…！ 朝食もパン、フルーツとてもおいしかったです！

家族が経営する小さなホテルです。Sigiriya Rockから徒歩圏内なので寝るだけでいいという方にお勧めです。ホテルにはTuk Tukやローカルバス（バス停３分ほど）でアクセス可能。 エアコンのリクエストをしたら、追加でUSD5を払うように言われましたが、 Lateチェックアウトさせてくれたので総合的によかったです。 午前中にSirigiyaに上りシャワーを浴びて、次の目的地にいけました。

The host family is so helpful and kind. They gave great recommendations for things to do and eat as well as the occasional tuk tuk ride after dark. Highly recommend.

This was a homestay although I may have been misled by the previous reviews my expectancy was high. However on arrival I was slightly disillusioned and even moreso when during the night on a visit to the loo I stepped on a huge Centipede.... Definitely not as highly rated as the reviews show.. but comfortable in its own way.

Lovely home stay, Baggi was friendly, helpful & accommodating and it is a great spot with a beautiful garden. The walls are thin though so take ear plugs if you are sensitive sound but otherwise I enjoyed my time here.

Fantastic stay. Great hosts and the place could not be cleaner!

First of all, my choice was good. I requesed a taxi service from Corombo airport to this hotel. The cost was 25000LKR≒72USD. It's not expensive. It was around 3hours drive. Located is near from Sigiriya.You might be able to go there on your foot, but I rent a hotel's bicycle. It was easy to reach there. The cost was FREE.So nice! I had two days breakfast, the cost was very cheap. but taste was gorgeous. It might be Sri Lanka cuisine. It became my good members. The staffs are Family menber. They all very friendly and kindness. They made my trip. Extremely Satisfied!!

Overall simple and nice for the price

A lovely family runs this place and the food is the best vegetarian meals I have had anywhere. It an be served to the table outside your room if you wish. The place is very clean and the two older sons working there are very polite and kind. They offer their own tuktuk, which means you don't get charged high prices. It is a true bargain and was a rewarding experience while staying in this area.

Warm welcome, beautiful room with view on the garden (you cannot see the rock from this place even if not far). Home-made dinner, it was good and big quantities. Palitha was like a mother during our stay, and gave us good advice to visit Sigiriya. De recommend this place !

Our stay was lovely, the setting was amazing, in a forest with monkeys and beautiful garden. Spotlessly clean. Helped us with tuktuk to Dambulla at a good price and cab for onward travel with a very good driver. cooked lunch at short notice, bars are nearby, 15 minute walk to Sigiriya or take tuktuk.

Palitha homestay was a very welcoming place to stay. They had delicious breakfast and a lovely family took excellent care. The location was peaceful.

Our most enjoyable and best value accommodation in Sri Lanka was the Palitha Homestay. Gracious hosts. Fabulous home cooking. Very convenient location for walk up Lion's Rock to fortress on top ( amazing). Close to tourist village for beers before dinner at homestay. Super breakfast (included). Scrupulously clean inside and outside. Highest recommendation.

Palitha Homestay was my "home" away from home. I initially planned to stay in Habarana & I only booked 2 nights here, but I'm glad I extended my stay. It's clean & no frills, run/owned by a very good & genuine family (most of my contact was with Mrs. Palitha & her son Bhagya), has good & healthy food (cooked by Mrs. Palitha), and is very close to the town centre and Lion Rock (15 mins max to walk to the ticket office). Bhagya/Mrs. Palitha can also help with tours/transport/travel tips. Most people stay only 2 nights in Sigiriya but it makes for a good base and cycling around the area & seeing everyday "real" life is worthwhile! Highly recommended.

This was our second home stay in Sri Lanka and we found a precious gem! The family's older son met us and made us feel very welcome. He is a credit to his family. Our room was clean, spacious and very comfortable. The home is located very close to natural park where wild elephants roam! The streets are dark, so take a torch!

This was one of the best places I have stayed in Sri Lanka. My room (the blue room) was gorgeous with a lovely verandah to relax on. Mrs Palitha and her family went out of their way to help me in all sorts of ways, including a 5am tuk-tuk ride to Pidurangula and then to the junction when I was leaving. Mrs Palitha is also a wonderful cook.

A great home stay, not far from the main road but felt like you were in the forest. The owners were very friendly, helped organise our safari and were always happy to make us delicious food.
