Directly in Mirissa, clean and view to the beach. Kinda loud due to the main road and a restaurant playing Musik.

Great location, very close to the main beach, as well as turtle beach, parrot rock and the coconut tree hill. Plenty of good options for food on the main road right outside the hotel. Being close to the main road though makes it noisy during the day, as drivers love to blast the horn. The room was clean but also a bit basic. The bedsheets for example were too small for the double bed. AC worked well.

The property is located right on the main road and is very noisy at night when trying to sleep. My room was spacious and clean and secure. My room for a single person had a double and a single bed both bare mattresses. On the dbl bed was sitting two folded single sheets. Both not much value for the double bed. There was no tv or fridge or shampoo but there was a safe and a cake of soap. The room was comfortable enough but I was expecting a little more. I would not return to this hotel next visit.

I stayed here for three days, and overall, it was fine. The property management was super nice and very helpful. The AC and hot water worked very well, and once I got the special wifi access reserved for staff, I had no problems with wifi. I had a solid view of the ocean, but I did discover that I could have rented a bungalow down on the beach for a little less than I paid at Sailors. This discovery was disappointing, but Sailors was still a solid accommodation.

It’s a very nice place with a great view over the beach, the location is amazing. Next to the hotel there’s a lot of restaurants and shops as well as a massage place for relaxation. Kumara the owner was very friendly he followed up on WhatsApp until we arrived and got our rooms. The rooms are simple but comfortable. I highly recommend it in Mirissa.

Amazing hospitality from the outset. Kumara organised our taxi from Colombo to the hotel for a great price! Loved the property, especially for how affordable it is. Great location for beach and restaurants - would recommend!

Had a wonderful stay at Sailors Mirissa! The property and room was very clean and comfortable. Sailors is conveniently located across from the beach (very close to Parrot Rock and Coconut Hill!), and very walkable to everything. The view from our patio was incredible! I’d recommend staying at Sailors not only because of the great location, view, and room – but also because of the amazing hospitality. Kumara and his team were incredibly kind and extremely helpful. They helped us tremendously with the day to day – general information about the area, where to rent scooters, surfing, arranging transport, etc – and made our stay memorable. Highly recommend staying here!
