隣のug bay に2泊、こちらに2泊しました。ホスピタリティや設備は良いのですが、二回目に行くかと聞かれたら、正直NOです。理由は三つあります。ビーチが目の前ですが、遠浅で、底がサンコの死骸とヌルヌルで泳げません。食事が美味しくありません。お客が少な過ぎて寂れています。何でこの評価か付いているのか疑問です。ハズレのホテルでした。

We spent 5 nights at Sun Siyam and we had a wonderful time, including a fantastic Nee Year’s Eve party. The staff were fantastic and so friendly. They looked after our little boy like royalty! We spent time on the beach and round the pool. The food was excellent with plenty of choices including lots of amazing vegetable dishes. We did a cookery session with the chef and enjoyed cooking the items we had selected from market. Everyone from the GM down made us feel very welcome, and we very much appreciated this. Our room was great for the three of us with a huge bathroom and outdoor bath. A lovely beach location with friendly team looking after you.

Nice clean quiet hotel with beautiful views of nature and beachside pool and clean private beach and small gym. The rooms (villas) are big specious and clean with many toiletries and bath towels and coffee and tea etc. there is plenty of walking space within the hotel to enjoy a nature trail type walk with surrounding trees. Also the buffet breakfast and dinner is reasonable with good selection of food on offer. Finally the staff are really helpful and friendly and always there to help. Had a great stay and made my holiday to SL enjoyable with typical Sri Lankan hospitality.

Hurtig og fin check-in, meget exclusive værelset og omgivelser, skøn mad (buffet), gode vine og cocktails. Meget dyrt at bestille taxa via hotellet. Stranden ved hotellet er ret dårlig m lavt vand og mange sten.

Great hotel, with wonderful service on a beautiful beach. Who could ask for more? Scuba diving was also great.

Sehr angenehmer Aufenthalt. Es wurde auf unsere Wünsche Rücksicht genommen und wir konnten auch etwas früher Essen als geplant war. Top Service und top freundliches Personal

The resort was fine, we get a complimentary bottle of wine as a lucky room number on the New Year, thank you so much and reasonable price for the new year dinner. The public pool is big and warm, but we had a room with a private pool, which was not so warm because the sun can get there just couple of hours per day. My opinion - better to install some jacuzzi with hot water. But anyway it was good. Don't expect that you will have good access to the ocean there, just upfront a hotel wanter is very shallow, so, you can relax on the beach with good view and swim in the pool, but not in the ocean. If you wish to swim in the ocean - you need to walk 10 minutes from the hotel to the public beach or beach next to public for some other hotels. The meal in the resort is a little bit overpriced, we stopped also in another 5 stars hotel in Passikudah and the price there was cheaper with a better quality of food. Here was very good just Fish Curry (the big portion with few sides) and value for money. The internet connection is slow, just 1 Mbps limit per device, and not possible to make a VPN tunnel or RDP session. Not good for work if you need to connect to the remote network, but we get 23 USD sim cards in airport with 50+GB data and this solved the problem.

we spent the most relaxing two nights at sun aqua- you don‘t have to care about anything because it’s all taken care of. Staff Is the most friendly and helpful (special thanks to duminda and the reception). We would come back anytime

Die Unterkunft ist sehr modern und hochwertig eingerichtet. Die Badewanne welche im Freien ist war jedoch komplett mit dreck bedeckt. Auch nachdem der Zimmerservice am zweiten Tag da war hatte sich daran nichts geändert - schade denn sonst hätten wir sie sicherlich benutzt. Zudem war es komisch dass nachdem ich eine Bewertung zum ersten Eindruck des Hotels nicht mit sehr zufrieden bewertete ein Mitarbeiter auf mich zukam von welchem das Ziel gefühlt weniger war das Problem zu beheben als meine Bewertung zu ändern. Dies sagte er mir ziemlich deutlich. Alles in allem ist das Hotel aber schön und die Restaurants haben(wenn auch im Vergleich zu den lokalen Preisen sehr teuer) gutes essen.

Otel i çok beğendik, havuzu odaları hizmeti herşey mükemmele yakındı. tek sıkıntı ulaşım. Colombo hava alanına mesafesi 5-6saat o yüzden uçak ile yakındaki Batticalao ya local uçuş yapılsa daha iyi olabilir. Deniz dalgakıran a kadar çok sığ ve dipte mercanlar var. O yüzden denizden çok bir beklentiniz olmasın. Ama sahilde güneşlenmek ve sessiz sakin bir ortamda şezlong da uzanıp içkini yudumlamak isterseniz çok keyifli. Otel in her noktası fotoğraflık, dizaynı gerçekten çok başarılı. Sivri sinekler oda yalıtımı iyi olmadığı için sabaha karşı girip ısırabiliyor. Çocuklu aileler e sıkıntı olabilir.

Séjour en demi teinte : -Très grande et très belle chambre mais avec quelques défauts (porte qui grince, une seule prise...) -Restaurant correct mais très cher en comparaison de la qualité proposée. -Service professionnel mais pas de feeling avec une bonne partie du personnel Un hôtel qui correspond au standing annoncé mais sans charme particulier

Ottima location. Stanza eccezionale. Personale gentilissimo ed efficiente. Ottima la piscina e l’ubicazione dei lettini in spiaggia. Consigliatissimo per un relax al mare.

Fantastisk hotell med herlig utsikt og uteområde. Hyggelig personel og god service. God mat, men litt dyrt i forhold til Sri Lanka generelt. Flere muligheter for aktiviteter, Snorkling (mye liv rett ut fra hotellstranden), tennis og volleyball.

We are touring Sri Lanka for 1 month and this was one of our stops. What a neat Resort and very friendly staff. We actually wanted to extend our stay because of our experience but had to press on. I would highly recommend Sun Aqua for the rooms, dining, beach access and atmosphere.
