The room was spacious. Restaurant staff very friendly. The reception staff seems to ask me extra money for breakfast stating that there was extra person which I did not expect and since I have fully paid for everything 5 months before travel. I hope reception staff (male) be more customer focussed.

The washroom leaking,smells coming from the drainage they change from room503 leaking from the washroom then room502 smells coming from the drainage Terible

Great value hotel. What you pay and what you get are excellent. Plenty of staff around if you need anything and the rooms are spacious and cleaned often.

Lack of toilet papers, lack of towels, the Benk(chair )in balcony is bad condition ( I have photos of it) , damage my new shorts, they remove towel not replaced it , have ask several time about towels, sometimes take 3 hrs to bring new towels

The women at the desk are rude and unhelpful. The mattress is like sleeping on the floor. The bed just had a sheet on it. The noise from staff in the front Iof the hotel continues past 11. It starts back up at 6 am but with construction, the cleaners. There are a lot of better options in the area.

24 hours customer service is not good

Check in was quick but the room wasn’t clean with sand all over the floor. The room didn’t have any towels at all. Had to call the housekeeper at midnight to get towels. The shower took 15 minutes to have hot water running.

The hotel location was very good closer to the railway station, food is excellent with very tasty traditional food, staff very helpful and friendly,however the room I was given was not that good, air conditioner was not working also mininal facilities hence disappointed

The welcome we received was very welcoming by all staff members. The room was very nice big and spacious and you felt you were in a entiry different hotel. The hotel needs to be maintained to a better standard then it currently is, there is wallpaper peeling off the wall the reception bathroom is not kept clean and some floors of the hotel were not clean. The restaurant is also open to the public and offer really good food. It again its not maintained well and needs to be improved to attract more visitors. We didn't use the pool as when we found where it was it didn't look too clean either I'm affriad to say. Appreciate that it may not of been peak season for them but the hotel was full and the cleanliness must be maintained

Nothing can beat their Breakfast Buffet. Best value for the price however the concierge could have done a better job.

We stayed 8 days in this hotel which is at a convent spot.The place is very clean and welcoming.The rooms are spacious and kept spotlessly clean.The view from balcony is good.Bath room is large with good shower. The staff are curtiess and polite and the service is excellent.Fabulous break fast with choice of Srilankan food including appam. We would recommend this hotel to any one.

Very friendly staff and very attentive. Resturant facilities were excellent but would like more choices for vegetatians One issue was noise from the bar/ resurant during night time was quite loud.

A very clean and friendly hotel with great service. The restaurant food was fantastic ! I could not fault the hotel.

Wifi is a bit of a hassle. The main building looks nice, but the budget rooms are in a separate building that is more of a 2 star feeling (old looking furniture, no hot water the first night, view of parking lot). The pool is nothing special / near the other hotel restaurant/bar so not relaxing. Service was very friendly but not very efficient (eg slow check in, or when reserving a scooter rental for 7am the next morning but when i arrived at the front desk to pick it up, there was no scooter, confused staff, took 30 mins to get the scooter and when it arrived it was old and gas tank at empty). Lobby and front patio was nice and location near train station is good.

Decent hotel near Jaffna town. Some items in the room didn't work properly. toilet flush was one issue. There is smell in the bathroom which could be due to an issue with the plumping. Wireless connection was also not straight forward.

Very poor customer service, they are only interested in making money.
