This is a lovely boutique villa in a peaceful and quiet location near the 4th tee of the golf course. From the back porch there is a beautiful view of part of the golf course and green-top mountains across Kandy Lake.
The villa is well-maintained by Ramya who looked after us from morning to evening. She was very friendly and attentive and even brought her sweet little daughter, Nithmi, along with her. My infant daughter enjoyed her company very much.
The room and bathroom were clean and the bed also was clean and comfortable. The pool is quite big and we had a great time playing in it. Just keep in mind that it's a boutique villa so even though some things might look rather old or showing wear and tear, that's just because of the boutique concept.
We will surely stay here again whenever we go back for a holiday in Sri Lanka.

Terrific hideaway in the hills above a Kandy. Blissful calm. Loved the pool and views. Large home abs great morning walks. It's definitely my type of place - onlynissue is that you need to bring your own food. The clubhouse food is great but it's 20 mins walk away. So shop before you arrive. Look forward to going back.

The room and bathroom were clean and the bed also was clean and comfortable. The pool is quite big and we had a great time playing in it. Just keep in mind that it's a boutique villa so even though some things might look rather old or showing wear and tear, that's just because of the boutique concept.
We will surely stay here again whenever we go back for a holiday in Sri Lanka.
