Walkers Nest Ella was wonderful. Dilani is an amazing host who goes above and beyond—she even packed me a day bag of food and drinks for my early travel. The rooms are clean, spacious, the beds comfy, and the location offers a peaceful countryside feel just a short walk from Ella’s main strip. An outstanding stay with an exceptional host—thank you again, Dilani! 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟🏞️

Pretty basic set up, but good value for money. Room was clean. Could have done with more sheets for the bed, there was just a fleece blanket. As others have mentioned, the bathroom is a little tired, but the shower is surprisingly good. I used a tuk tuk to come and go to Ella town but it’s walkable if you choose.

Lovely out look from balcony outside our room. Clean sheets and room, bathroom could be a nicer colour as was dark brown. However, for the price we paid including breakfast it was perfect. Host was really friendly. I love to support family run businesses trying to make a living.

The staff was really nice and she waited for 30 minutes after our breakfast. She was really nice. The room was nice and clean and walkable to centre and plenty of food options around. I would highly recommend.

Vicino al centro ed alla stazione di ella, comodo muoversi a piedi puoi andare ovunque, hotel pulito, camera molto ampia e il personale è stato gentilissimo

Good standard and clean room, and amazing service by the hostess - she even prepared and packed our breakfast for us to take with us on our last day, as we had to check out and leave at 6AM.

The hotel has a perfect location, it is close to Ella town but you still have the feeling of being out in nature and surrounded by trees. You can walk to both Ella Rock, little Adam’s Peak and the Nine Arch bridge from the hotel. The hotel is very nice and cosy, and it was very clean. The owner is so nice and helpful- we would definitely stay there again!

Was very basic. They didnt even suply toilet paper or shampoo. Just 1 soap small for the washroom. Just 1 towell also. Location wyse is cool and east to access othersited by walking or tuk tuk. There is a spa besides that is cool to get a massage and facial. If you look for 1 or 2 nights is a good budget option anyway. The ladybon reception is super nice and his husband.

What a beautiful place to stay Close the Train station and to the main street, and the manager of the hotel she was extremely helpful and supper nice😊

Casa de huéspedes. Alojamiento básico, según estándares del país. Podrían mejorar un poco la habitación del baño. El acceso en coche es difícil y estrecho en la última parte del camino. Recomiendo dejar el coche antes de la estación de policía. Como cosas a favor: Propietarios muy acogedores y serviciales. Para pasar una o dos noches cumple si tu presupuesto es bajo. La habitación estaba muy limpia. Está a 5 minutos andando de la calle principal de Ella. Está a 5 minutos andando de la Estación de tren.

Great stay with an inviting loving family. Quiet but walking distance to town. Stairs will be challenging for someone not in good physical condition. Hope to return someday. Great price and would recommend to any travel looking to calm and simple side of Ella.

Ett enkelt familje ägt b&b ägaren är toppen & super hjälpsam. Tyvärr är det lite längre upp till höger än vad hotels utger. Men nära allt ändå.

This is family run guest house conveniently located within walking distance of the railway station. Also only a 4 minute walk into the town centre ( which is fairly hectic at times ) This is located far enough away to be quiet and peaceful . You can hear the weekend cricket , but I think probably just about everyone in Ella can as well. The breakfasts were excellent and the staff friendly and helpful. I would recommend this as a place to stay.

Very nice setting in the hills of Ella; centrally located to all restaurants, bars and only 5 min walk away from the famous Ella train station. Very friendly owners; they greet you with a welcoming drink or coffee and help you up the stairs with the luggage. Breakfast is plenty and good. Overall good value for the price we’ve paid.

Great stay. Room are spacious. Nearby to other places. Walking distance to train station.

The accommodation was basic but comfortable, and the hosts were very welcoming. Access may be a bit challenging for anyone with mobility or stair climbing problems, but even for an older person such as I, the walk to/from the village was fine after the first time. The location is convenient for shops and restaurants , and very close to the railway station.
