Seebはマスカットではないため、マスカット市中心部へのアクセスは評価しないことにする。Seebという街に泊まる目的の上では中心部にあり、買い物もしやすく便利でした。ただ、Googleマップの位置がデタラメで、住所を頼りにいくことになった。実際の位置はマップ上の建物の位置から北西に100mくらいいった道路の北側、銀行の奥にある。（写真の外観を頼りに行くとよい。同じ見た目の建物は他にない） 部屋は、バスルームを除いたら高級なホテルのスイートルームを思わせるものであり、リビング、キッチン、寝室、バスルームが、廊下で隔てられていた。お風呂場だけ簡素で、バスタブはなく、お湯の出が悪かった。 ホテルには本格的なインド料理レストランがあり、席が入れ替わり立ち代わり埋まっていくため、地元の人にも人気の店のようだ。（アルコールが飲めるせいかもしれない） 繁華街の通り沿いにあるため、車の騒音が多少していた。

First off, I want to highlight that this review is as low as it is because of their service. Absolutely terrible service, treating their customers as a bunch of livestock and animals. We prepaid for this hotel via Hotels.com. They did not offer our prepaid reservation, claiming that the price was too low. This I understand, and I was even willing to pay extra to make up for it. However, it’s how they handled the situation. We had an extra person visiting us, they were going to stay somewhere else but visited us in the room. The front desk called us 3 separate times, asking us how many people we booked and how many people were currently in the room. They finally made us go to the front desk, and then proceeded to say that visitors must leave by 9pm following hotel policy. THIS WAS STATED NOWHERE in the hotel, HOW COULD WE HAVE KNOWN?? They wanted us to pay extra for the visitor in the room, but we insisted that he will leave as soon as possible and ended up not paying. The ridiculous thing is, the original “low” price they claimed is not even that low, since you can get even lower price hotels in the region, with probably better amenities and service. The rooms were old, the lights were dim, and the floors were greasy. The room was disgusting, and there seemed to be cockroach faeces behind the drawers. STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTEL AT ALL COSTS.

Very clean and excellent coustomer service . The South Indian traditional food was so good . The buffet breakfast was very nice . The receptionist went out if his way to the street to get me a taxi negotiate the price and he make sure I was not ripped off. I was treated like a family member .

Standard Hotel. Quite Hotel. Not in a good shape. Nothing special. There are better options in town.

Very hospitable staff and the restaurant food was varied and always at a very high standard. The only disappointment was the under powered shower. In my opinion, the showers (we stayed in two different rooms) need a radical upgrade

Sehr billiges Hotel und trotzdem angenehm. Keine besonderen Leistungen, dafür aber sauber und Frühstück inklusive.

Staff were wonderful place is not clean, clean! stained table cloths is really not nice ! but Staff were lovely especially young man on reception duty the night we arrived

Hotel correct pour y passer une nuit lors d'une étape. Petit déjeuner très très basique par contre. Wifi très bien dans la chambre ou on était.

great little hotel in the quiet seeb area. feels like the real muscat. some rooms have ocean view. has bar licence

As a backpacker who's used to staying in rock-bottom budget hotels and hostels this was one of the most luxurious hotels I've ever stayed in. Spotlessly clean, comfortable, quiet, huge bed, bathroom, small balcony, TV with BBC World but not many other English language channels, air-con and free wi-fi plus a great free buffet breakfast. I'm not used to such luxury. It was great to also have a bath but I just wish the hot water boiler was bigger so I could've filled it more that a few inches before the water ran cold.

It was one of the cheapest hotels that we have found in Oman, but it was clean, comfortable, good WiFi and great breakfast.

موقع الفندق جيد ولكن بعيد عن مركز المدينة اما خدمات الفندق الاخرى فكانت وسط

Hotel is not particularly appealing. Easy to find, parking ok. Rooms are spacious and comfortable. Breakfast is poor. Opens on the seeb souq conveniently. Overall i would only recommend this to somebody looking for cheao value for money accomodation near the airport.

Pas de temps pour profiter des alentours (arrivée tardive et départ matinal). Il nous fallait juste un hotel pas trop loin de l'aéroport à un prix raisonnable. Nous n'avons pas été deçus.

bien situé à Seeb, dans un quartier commercan et animé c'est un hotel equivalent 3etoiles au bon rapport qualite prix. Ca n est pas un palace mais cest confortable et propre. Douche un peu faiblarde. chambre spacieuse, clim forte, ventilo. Literie bonne et chambre assez spaciuse

excellent rapport qualité prix pour cet hôtel très bien placé au coeur de Seeb. Calme et propre.
