Nice hotel but a little bit expensive.

The facilities and room of the hotel are very nice . I love the pool and spa. Also there are many restaurants in walking distance.

A great variety of breakfast buffe, comfortable club lounge and kind staff. Will be back when I come to Muscat next time.

Belles prestations, belles chambres mais l’espace piscine manque de charme et de modernité. Le petit déjeuner est top, très varié et le personnel de l’hôtel est très agréable (surtout le personnel de la piscine). En revanche, pas de transat sur la plage et celle-ci n’est pas magnifique devant l’hôtel. Les options de repas sont assez chères à l’hôtel. Très bon séjour tout de même !

A good hotel with great facilities. Housekeeping department as well as reception could be better. Duty Manager however was fantastic in resolving the matters we had.

Avevo bisogno di un periodo di rottura, ma non amo l'ozio. L'Oman e IHG mi hanno dato quello che cercavo. Qualità e alto livello di servizi nella struttura, possibilità di muovermi in un raggio di 150 km, girare e sentirsi sicuri in un paese dove la pulizia è un must, e salire sul Jabal Akhḍar, percorrere i Wadi, toccare le foreste fossili, poter studiare i sistemi di irrigazione Aflaj, meraviglia in una regione arida, scendere al mare, prendere un motoscafo a passare una giornata alle isole Daymaniyat. E quando volevo riposare c'era il parco e la spiaggia (poco frequentata) fuori dall'albergo, 10 passi sulla sabbia rovente. Saper di poter tornare in albergo dopo una giornata all'aria e al sole cocente e trovarsi come a casa propria, con stanze da catena americana, reception e concierge sempre pronta e disponibile. IHG offre anche 5 ristoranti, a scelta cucina italiana-siciliana, giapponese, scelta giornaliera che si alterna tra sapori indiani e orientali. Per chi vuole sapori ancora più forti, c'è Trader Vic, da non perdere, unico del suo genere. In definitiva, mi è piaciuto un sacco.

Lovely hotel and managers are absolutely brilliant and accommodating with any help you may require. Housekeeping are also incredible. Lovely pools and restaurants. The sauna, jacuzzi area is a little bit dated and could do with revamping to match the rest of the hotel

Udefra ser det ikke imponerende ud, men indenfor er det meget pænt og moderne. Fine spisemuligheder, dog ret pricy ift. udenfor hotellet. Fint pool område til børn, men tendens til at gæster optager stolene allerede tidlig morgen - ret ærgerlig oplevelse.

Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Alle Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption haben uns so gut geholfen und uns sehr gute Auskünfte gegeben. Gerne kommen wir wieder

The property is in a lovely area and next to the Opera House. The beach is a public beach and it would have been nice if you could use the beach a bit more i.e. with sunbeds etc. The staff are really lovely and cannot do enough for you. The housekeeping in the room was a little hit and miss, but always clean. A good selection of restaurants and also within easy walking distance of a small mall with coffee shops and outside restaurants if you don't want to eat in the hotel.

First time in Muscat. The hotel was nice, staff very friendly and helpful. I was attracted by the fact the hotel was on the beach. This was a public beach reached by passing through a fence keeping the hotel pool areas private. I am not a hotel pool person and having said that I did not find the outside facilities attractive. The room was very nice, there was a good sports bar like pub with sport on tv, snooker tables etc and the food was excellent. A selection for breakfast. .

Lovely hotel, right on beach in Muscat. Fantastic outdoor facilities: 2 pools, tennis court, etc. We stayed twice : first time was great, second time, the room had some maintenance issues(clogged drain and problems with ac). Though we pointed out the drain issue, it was not fixed during our stay. The restaurants are very expensive for the quality and quantity of good provided. Go around the corner for better food!!

Fantastic located hotel with good facilities and amazing service. The Club rooms are a great choice as you get afternoon tea and two hours each evening of canapés (hot and cold) and alcoholic and non alcoholic drinks. A good option given cost of alcohol in Oman

The hotel is doing a great job to make travellers happy.
