The hotel is generally good. Of course, being a resort, its location is far from the city, in an empty place, but there are some shops and Some cafes and grocery stores offer basic necessities. They are located in the neighbor resort and can be reached on foot or by using the golf carts available for free. As for restaurants, I tried Saffron Restaurant for breakfast. It was very good and varied. I tried the Beach Restaurant for dinner. The place and location are good and nice, close to the sea, but the menu could be more varied than it actually is.

Very nice place to visist, good for kids and family also, access to the Acwa park. The rooms may be need some innovation, other than this all good

While the resort grounds are well-maintained and the property appears impressive at first glance, my overall experience fell short of expectations for a 5-star resort. Firstly, the location is quite remote far from the city center and without any nearby options for dining or shopping outside the resort itself. This limits flexibility and makes guests entirely dependent on what's available within the property. Another inconvenience was the parking situation. Depending on your room’s building, the walk from the parking lot can be quite long, and the golf cart service which is supposed to assist with transport around the large property is not always available or reliable. Service quality and attention to guest convenience did not reflect the 5-star standard. I was hoping for a more responsive and guest-oriented experience. The breakfast area was another point of disappointment. It was consistently overcrowded, making it difficult to find a comfortable table indoors. The only alternative was to sit outside, which is only pleasant if the weather cooperates. Overall, while the resort has potential, the experience didn't quite meet expectations especially given its rating. Improvements in service, accessibility, and dining logistics would go a long way in enhancing the guest experience.

Very nice place

Pour commencer, nous avons passé 5 nuits sur place, la chambre est très datée, porte qui bloque car l’humidité a fait gonfler le bois, les rideaux excrément poussiéreux se détachent de leurs tringles dès qu’on essaie de les ouvrir ou fermer obligé d’aller à la réception pour qu’un employé les remettent en place, lumière des placards qui ne s’éteint pas, câble électrique apparent dénudés. Peloteuse qui explose le terrain de tennis d’en face du matin au soir des 8h30 et jusqu’au couché du soleil. La nourriture des 2 restaurants était infecte, faute de solution pour manger à moins de 20 minutes nous avons dû manger 3 soirs sur place … (j’ai pris des dizaines de photos et vidéos pour preuves, je comptes contacter la direction monde de ROTANA) cet hôtel tombe en ruine à vu d’œil, il est noté 5 étoiles mais soit personne n’est venu l’inspecter depuis 10 ans soit l’inspecteur est corrompu! Ça vaut à peine 3 étoiles.

People were friendly and food was good, but i was disappointed with the condition of rooms as it needs a lot of innovation and there was no source of entertainment inside the hotel.

If you like sleeping with ants on your pillow or wash your face with ants around the sink it is your go to place. Rooms are very dirty and furniture is very old.

This resort has a beautiful environment, the service staff is very enthusiastic and patient, the hotel has good sanitary conditions, there is a pier and boats where you can go sightseeing or fishing directly, it is only 30 minutes away from the airport, very convenient. I will choose this place next time

Hôtel bien situé en bord de plage. Les infrastructures ont l'air récentes et modernes. Le personnel est symathique et nous propose le service de parking pour notre vehicule de location. De très grande taille, un petit vehicule électrique nous conduira jusque l'entrée de notre chambre. Les chambres sont très spacieuses et confortable. L'extérieur constitué d'une terrasse avec vue sur l'eau a été apprécié. Pour les hôtels de masse, les problèmes sont les mêmes. Le petit-déjeuner est bondé à partir de 9h00 du matin avec un service qui a du mal à suivre pour la mise à niveau en matière de nourriture ou de temps nécessaire pour le service des boissons chaudes. Par ailleurs, les touristes aiment à "réserver" leur transat en y laissant leur serviette pour la journée même s'ils n'en profite que une heure. Il pourrait être intéressant d'introduire certaines restrictions où les lits de plage sont rendus aux autres clients de l'hôtel si la place est inoccupée un certain temps (à défaut de civisme des gens)

Great beaches and dining especially at other parts of the resort (Marina Side). Although hotel aged and was not clean, nor did the staff know how to clean properly. Some staff was very rude didn't even acknowledge my 10 month old, nor did they offer to hold the door open for us when having a baby in our hands.

Keine 5 Sterne Anlage, der Strand ist toll … leider sind viele Liegen kaputt, Essen ehr mittelmäßig, a la carte Restaurant ist gut, auch das Publikum beim Essen drängeln und wenig benehmen.

We booked to stay her for three nights for a long weekend and had overall a great stay. We appeared to be the only British people in the hotel and also the only people without wristbands on some sort of all inclusive package. The room exceeded expectations and we couldn’t fault it. Spacious, spotless, big shower, comfy beds, balcony overlooking the pool. The entire hotel and beach was immaculate and stunning. Our only negatives were: 1. The WiFi was not very strong in most places and we would have expected this to be much better in a five star. It barely worked by the pool/beach and was last even iffy in the room. 2. The hotel did not seem geared up for non-all inclusive residents. There was nowhere to have breakfast if you didn’t want to pay £22 for the buffet each day. We bought an overpriced coffee in the reception of the hotel two mornings. We also went to the beach bar to buy drinks and they said no as we didn’t have a wristband. They literally wouldn’t let us pay and lost out on money here. We walked to the marina most days and ate at The Island Bar where we loved the food and drinks. Overall we had a super lovely stay though. Very relaxing, safe, clean, beautiful and plenty of activities.

Check-in/reception not overly supportive (poor or incomplete information). Rooms are nice and very clean, sun beds, Gym and Spa need some serious renovation. Beverages included in the "all included formula" are pretty bad (i.e.worst beer on sale). Personnel super kind (except for check-in personnel, at least in my experience)

Le choix de notre séjour était axé sur le repos et la garanti du temps chaud et ensoleillé pour profiter de plage et de pouvoir faire du sport. Correspond parfaitement aux attentes, des massages au spa très appréciables, beach volley et longueurs de natation, même tennis avec coach. Des repas généreux et des buffets variés, personnel attentionné et serviable.

Super!

The resort is in a very nice location, very spacious and the outdoor is beautiful and well maintained. However, the hotel staff need a lot of training for customer service and communication skills. The towels in the room were faded and some of them had stains.

Very good overall. Beach was good Only issue was if you wanted to go out to the city of salalah . It was a good 20 to 30 mins drive away. Apart from that no issues.
