部屋の壁が薄すぎて、隣の部屋の声が凄くもれる。 外が朝までうるさい

10月に滞在した際良かったので、今月もこちらに滞在しました。 スタッフの皆さんは英語が話せるので、フランス語ができなくても全く問題ありません。室内は清潔ですし不満は全くありません。

駅に近くて便利。 エアコンがなく扇風機だった。

駅から近くて非常に便利だった。周りにレストランも多く夜も困らなかった。値段的にもリーゾナブルだと思う。

少し治安の悪い地区にあったので怖かったですが、スタッフの方がとても親切で安心できました。

場所がとても判りにくいです。 金額の割に部屋の設備は最小限。 コスパは低いと思います。

コルナヴァン駅から至近でどこへ行くにも便利なロケーションながら、ジュネーブとしては割安の、使いやすいホテルです。スタッフもとてもフレンドリー。部屋に着替え収納少なく、クローゼットにハンガーが1本しかなかったりするなど、多少の不便もありましたが、全般的には「お薦めする」と言ってよいと思います。

シャワー設備で、パイプから水漏れがあった事位がになった点で、他は清潔であり指摘する点無し。

They don’t serve breakfast even if they say they do

Did not like this hotel! They had a so called air conditioner in the room, more like and air purifier and would blow cool to warm air, the room was very hot. The bathroom sink everytime you used the water it would leak on the flloor, looked like more a a leak from the bottom of the wall. Then there were little bugs on the floor. Maintenance said they were on there way up, that was at midnight but we waited til 1:30am and no one showed up, they said they did knock and no one answered, so why didn’t they knock a little louder. We checked out after 2 nights staying there and they won’t give us a refund for the remaining 9 nights. We stayed at Hotel Montana just a few blocks away, very nice hotel and a little cheaper through hotels.com. Figured it won’t let me upload the photo of the bugs I killed…says “photo invalid or exceed size limit.

The street was dirty and filled with trash. We awoke to men shouting and vaping in the street at 7 am Sunday morning. We had to walk by prostitutes to get in the hotel at 8:30 pm- didn't realize we had booked in the red light district. The shower had black mould in all the corners, and the "air conditioner" was a noisy machine that only actually functioned as a fan. Would not stay here again or recommend it to anyone. The staff were polite and the bed was comfortable but the downsides were pretty strong.

Convenient location close to the central station in Geneva just minutes (walking) from the lake. The room was good and it had a fridge. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The only downside was the floor-style air conditioner that didn't work well -- made noise but not the cool air. Also, the area where the hotel is located is not the best in town.

We had an easy stay for the night, and were able to wander around the city with ease from this location.

Air conditioning was really just a fan. Staff were friendly and hotel felt safe. Room and lobby were very clean but surrounding area unfortunately felt unsafe.

Das Hotel liegt im Herzen von Genf. Da es in der Nähe des Rot-Licht-Viertels liegt, muss nachts mit ein bisschen Lärm gerechnet werden, besonders wenn man mit offenem Fenster schläft. Sonst tip-top.

Very nice all staff are respectful

Polite staff, clean room and kindly kept our bags post check out so we didn’t have to worry about carrying them on our last day!

The room was in a busy area, always active - good for someone that is looking for that. Hotel is definitely ran down and needed renovations - i think will happen soon as there will be a change of management per the staffs on the premises. Due to the sensitivity of the area visitations are limited - does not matter even if they are family or the same sex. Otherwise it was good for the price
