Very close from the S4,S5 station. 5minutes to Luzern. Conveniently located to go to Mt. Pilatus or Titlis. Very friendly staffs. Nice restaurant opens until 11pm. From the garden terrace, beautiful Mt. Pilates view.

ルツェルンへはSBBの各駅で２駅，約５分です。１時間に４本ありますので、あまり不便を感じません。ホテルまで歩いて５分です。また，バス停もホテル近くにあり路線バス２０番が運航しています。こじんまりとしたホテル。エレベータがないので，荷物の運搬は不便です。冷房施設もないようです。レストランを併設しており，食事は困りません。ホテル近くには、スーパーはありません。

Wir waren mit unseren Aufenthalt in dem Hotel äußerst zufrieden. Schon bei der Ankunft wurden wir freundlich empfangen, und der Check-in verlief schnell und unkompliziert. Besonders gefallen haben mir das bequeme Bett und die ruhige Atmosphäre, die für erholsame Nächte sorgten. Auch der Service war hervorragend. Das Personal war jederzeit hilfsbereit, höflich und aufmerksam, ohne aufdringlich zu wirken. Das Frühstück war vielfältig und frisch, mit einer großen Auswahl an regionalen Produkten. Insgesamt habe ich mich sehr wohlgefühlt und kann das Hotel uneingeschränkt weiterempfehlen. Ich freue mich schon auf meinen nächsten Besuch.

O hotel fica a 10 min da estação de trem central!! Com onibus 20 que passa na porta te deixa na estação do trem, porto p passeios de barco e acesso ao centro histórico de Luzern!! O restaurante do hotel é fantástico!!

Tolles Hotel, sehr gutes Essen.

Good to have a decent room at a decent price that included breakfast and parking. A short bus ride to you to the center of Lucerne easily.

Took a family trip, stayed here for a few days. It's a smaller hotel but provides a more intimate feel. We got a larger room to sleep three people. A large soaker tub out in the open (not for anyone who is shy!). 2 minute walk from a bus stop and about 12 min ride down to the main area/train station. The breakfast was amazing! Delicious and plentiful!. One unfortunate thing was the room we were in had a sloping ceiling that came down low and I smacked my head off the stucco twice, left a scrape on my head...also found it a bit weird that there was a small sliver of glass that allowed someone on the bed to see the person showering, and nothing the person showering can do to prevent it except fog it up. Other than that, great, quaint, and unique hotel, very much enjoyed our stay.

Very clean room with daily service, modern and comfortable. Good restaurant, with good food and drinks. Only minus one star for breakfast, it was small choice of food even no scrambled eggs, and offen empty/almost empty plates with ham or cheese, hotel needs to work on it. In this price i expected way more better breakfast.

Very easy access via bus 20 to train station (11 minutes)

I was a little concerned about staying outside the Luzern city centre, but the transit was SUPER easy. The hotel was clean and modern, very comfortable. We didn’t get to try the restaurant, but it looked quite good. Included breakfast hit all the marks. Pleasantly surprised by this unassuming little hotel!

Clean, updated and super easy transportation into Lucerne (#20 bus) boats, train station other bus lines. Would have been nice to have a mini microwave in room but still ok. had great views from our second floor room of the Alps. Staff was excellent, Samuel is THE MAN for everything. Breakfast is not traditional American style but more than ample. Cold cuts, cheeses, breads, yogurts, excellent coffee choices, pastry and fruits.

in der Nähe des Bahnhof von wo aus man schnell in die Innenstadt kommt. Frühstücksraum kühl und überschaubare Auswahl aber Qualität einwandfrei.

Everything was prefect. The receptionist was very helpful and I had a delicious dinner there.
