Bonjour Votre établissement frôle la perfection mais 2 nuits on nous avons pas pu dormir suite a un grabuge infernal à l'étage supérieur en pleine nuit talon chaise et des bruits de je ne sais ou pendant des heures à gâcher cette chambre sublime cette vue magnifique et surtout un personnel tres professionnelle de plus la remarque c'est que le Français est complètement oublié aucune traduction

Good hotel. One problem: the food is below average

Etablissement exceptionnel. Spa extraordinaire. Vue spectaculaire et époustouflante. Personnel attentif. Seul regret = le manque de raffinement de la cuisine. Nous avons testé le Spices et avons été déçus (pas au niveau attendu en termes de qualité). Le petit déjeuner est remarquable en termes de choix mais manque également un peu de raffinement et d'authenticité dans les produits.

Nach wie vor ein hervorragendes Resort in tollem Zustand. Das Frühstück ist als exzellent zu bezeichnen! Da wir bereits seit Jahren kommen, kennen wir auch die nach unserer Meinung „besten Zeiten“ der Restaurants. Leider sind während der Wintersaison viel zu wenig Restaurants offen - das waren in dem Fall nur 2 plus die Bar in der Lobby. Wir waren nicht die einzigen Gäste, die nicht unter gebracht werden konnten. Dies war sehr ärgerlich, da es sehr beschwerlich ist nach Luzern zu kommen. Die dortige Auswahl an Restaurants ist ebenfalls nicht gut. Leider hat auch die Qualität des Essens stark abgenommen, insbesondere im Restaurant Oak Grill, das Restaurant Spices kann aktuell auch nicht recht überzeugen. Wenn die Restaurants wieder bei alter Qualität sind, ist aus unserer Sicht wirklich alles mit 5/ 5 Sternen zu bewerten.

Bürgenstock Hotel & Alpine Spa exceeded expectations. Gorgeous and modern design with amazing amenities. Had beautiful views of the Lucerne Lake, which never disappointed at sunset or sunrise. The staff were extremely welcoming and attentive. I’ve stayed at several 5 star hotels around the world including Four Seasons, Belmond — and this place is truly special!

Outstanding quality of service, amenities, and overall experience!

It was exceptional. Everything was perfect. The room gorgeously appointed and visually stunning. The food was outstanding. We are coming back with our children and staying longer.

Our stay at the property was very disappointing and definitely not worth the exorbitant price being charged. A week before our stay, the hotel informed us that several pools, restaurants and facilities would no longer be available as they had a hotel wide event the day before and would be packing up. In addition, when we arrived to check in after 3pm, we were told our room was unavailable as they were still cleaning up post the event. The check in staff were dismissive of our concerns and quite rude. Whilst the spa and the location of the hotel is amazing, at over $2,500 per night, the service was poor and the amount of guests meant that there was always a long wait for breakfast, drinks or any assistance from staff. It did not feel exclusive or worth the price tag, and we have had significantly better experiences for far less money.
