1ヶ月を越える旅行中、ここ程いい状態のスプリングのベットには出会いませんでした。(同程度の予算のホテルです)部屋もモダンで素敵でした。 到着前にバスの件をメールなどで教えてもらえれば、満点に近いホテルです。

Das Personal war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Zimmer war sauber und ruhig. Sehr gutes Frühstück mit guter Auswahl. Das Hotel verfügt über genügend Parkplätze. Im Hotel wird ein Gutschein fúr den öffentlichen Verkehr abgegeben, in ca. 20 Minuten ist man im Zentrum von Luzern, am Bahnhof. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Muito bom! Apenas sentimos falta do frigobar e o ar podia gelar mais. Localização, limpeza e serviços estavam ótimos.

L’hôtel est bien desservi, à seulement 20min en bus depuis la gare de Lucerne. J’ai eu une chambre au 1er étage avec vue sur parking. C’était très calme. En temps de canicule, j’ai apprécié que la chambre soit climatisée, malgré l’absence de mini frigo. Le personnel est aimable et le petit déjeuner était correct. Je recommande.

I was very disappointed with my stay at this hotel. The customer service was among the worst I have experienced. Several staff members were rude, dismissive, and unwilling to listen to guest concerns. Whenever I tried to explain an issue, I felt that I was immediately dismissed and even accused of being dishonest rather than being treated with respect and professionalism. What was most frustrating were the numerous unexpected charges. Guests should be aware that calling reception by dialing “0” incurs an additional fee, which was not clearly communicated. The shower design lacks a proper door, causing water to easily escape onto the bathroom floor. Despite this appearing to be a design issue, guests may be held responsible for water-related damage or plumbing concerns. Instead of working collaboratively to resolve issues, staff were confrontational and made me feel uncomfortable throughout the process. Being treated as though I was lying when raising legitimate concerns was unacceptable. And they would continue to call me a liar. Between the poor customer service, hidden fees, lack of transparency, and the way guest concerns were handled, this was an extremely frustrating experience. I would not stay here again and cannot recommend this hotel to others.

Very basic bed & breakfast hotel. They offer free parking outside, in front of the property. The stuff are friendly. The room was tight and very basic. It did not have a small fridge or air-conditioning. Happened to be there on a very hot day and it was quite hot in the room, despite a small portable fan type of cooling device on the floor, which was quite loud, but I had to use it to keep the room temperature to a bareable level. The breakfast was decent and included some eggs, cheese, coffee, tea, bread/cakes.

Chambre propre et confortable par contre la chambre étant au dernier étage le plafond est assez bas.

房間很大又乾淨 是這次的瑞士之旅住過唯一一間有冷氣的飯店 距離琉森市區要15分鐘 但這裡很值得 員工服物良好

The staff at the reception, kitchen and cleaning are amazing people. They did their jobs excellently each day and always ready to serve! The hotel itself is conveniently located, closed to bus stop and 10-15 minutes to Luzern station and nearby tourist spots, restaurants. Transportation like boats, buses, trains, etc that will bring you to your chosen destinations. Cheaper food markets are there too and is scattered everywhere. Overall, we had a wonderful time spent plus a beautiful weather during our stay from May 25-29.

Très bien situé assez calme arret de bus coop et une poste a 1 minute a pieds des bus directe tous les 10 minutes pour le centre de Lucerne

Sehr freundliches Personal. Kleines sehr gepflegtes Frühstücksbuffet. Geräumige Dusche/WC im Einzelzimmer. Und allgemein gute Lage für eine Anreise mit dem Fahrzeug und guter ÖV-Anschluss.

Es war alles bestens, Zimmer komfortabel, sauber, Personal freundlich, gerne wieder.

Zimmer war sauber.zweckgemaess eingerichtet.Sehr kleine zimmer. Fruehstueckt war lecker.Schade gibts keine omletts, nur gekochte eier
