Alles neu gemacht und modern, urban chic. Sehr nettes Personal, auch wenn einige leider kein Deutsch verstehen. Das Zimmer ist schön (der Ausblick ebenfalls) aber etwas eng und karg ausgestattet (z. B. kein Schrank, kein Teekochet etc). Sehr feines Frühstück.

Nice situation, peaceful part of Flims. Clean, friendly staff and a decent breakfast. Could maybe do with a kettle and tea/coffee making facilities when the Cafe is shut. Will definitely come back again.

Hotel in ruhiger Lage, etwas ausserhalb von Flims Waldhaus (mittels Fussmarsch gut zu erreichen). In unmittelbarer Nähe zum Wald. Der Cresta- und Caumasee erreicht man über Wanderwege sehr einfach. Personal sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Das Frühstück schätzte ich sehr. Auch verfügt das Hotel über eine grosse Terrasse. Ideal zum Frühstücken. Ein hoteleigenes Restaurant wird ebenfalls betrieben. Habe jedoch, anlässlich meines Aufenthalts, nicht davon Gebrauch gemacht. Die Hotelanlage ist neu.

Super Hotel und super freundlicher Empfang. Es gab für unsere Bikes sogar eine Waschanlage und im Bike Keller gibt es alles Werkzeug und Platz um sein Bike sicher zu verstauen. Das Frühstück war ebenfalls sehr vielfältig und lecker. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

This property is very clean and conveniently located next to a bus stop that will pick you up in front of the hotel and drop you off in front of the Flims gondolas. The staff and food were great too!

The staff was so friendly and very helpful. Very clean place with amazing food! Plenty of parking spots. Walking distance from the downtown area/ ski resort.

Sehr schönes, modernes & sauberes Hotel. Direkt vor dem Hotel gibt es eine Bushalterstelle. Das Frühstück wie auch Nachtessen waren sehr gut.

We picked this hotel as we were driving through the Alps returning to Munich from Zermatt. It was a one night stay and unfortunately we did not know that the day of our check out was the day they close for a break before the winter season. We paid for breakfast, but as it was the last morning they would be open, the offerings were slim. We made due with what their was, but an option for an egg would have been nice. Other than that we absolutely enjoyed our stay. Small but very comfortable and efficient room with a great view, a very comfortable bed with great bedding, small but great shower with fantastic water pressure. A real perk for us was free use of a washer & dryer, along with the detergent also provided. Check in was very modern and efficient, the key options for your smart phone a real perk. The staff was delightful and there seems to be much to offer in both relaxation and activities. We would choose this hotel for a return trip and a longer stay. Once again the only thing I would recommend is that the option to include breakfast at a fee should either not be available or priced less when they are preparing to close for the season. What they did offer was good quality, just overpriced for what there was.

Die Flem Mountain Lodge ist super - finde ich. Einziger negativer Punkt: Es gab kein richtiges Bier, nur Kopfab - und auch auf Coca Cola verzichtet man zu Gunsten von Vivi Kola... kann man mögen oder nicht - ich mags nicht :-).

Check-in was done through the website which was great, as we arrived late and we could get to our room quickly and smoothly. Doors open with a digital key, through an app. Super clean room, however very minimalist: no wardrobe to properly unpack stuff but there were only two shelves and a few hangers, no table, one chair (but at least there were two nightstands), no minibar. The balcony is essentially shared, separated by two thin ropes from both sides, so not much privacy as the neighbors can see into your room—I would highly recommend updating the pictures on the website as they are very misleading, as it looks like the rooms have their own separate balcony. I wish there was ventilation in the bathroom as it was horribly humid after ever shower. Loved all that natural wood design throughout the entire hotel. Big, comfy bed. Breakfast is excellent with lots of high quality food items, freshly made eggs and excellent coffee. Super quiet place; easy to relax. We had dinner there once and everything was phenomenal. There’s also a washer and a dryer in the basement—self service but free; very useful. Overall a great stay.

Excellent petit dejeuner, local a velo super, check in et systeme de clé par mobile tres pratique, chambre moderne et confortable. Attention aux horaires du restaurant qui est fermé du lundi au mercredi. Pas tres pratique. Et leur carte est tres limitee. Personnel tres sympathique. Lieu parfait pour demarrer des balades a velo.

Die Flem Mountain Lodge ist einfach genial: ... ... sauber wie man es zuhause wünscht! ... total liebes Personal, top Service, absolut gutes Frühstück! ... top Modern - jeder Zugang ist über das App zugänglich (Zimmer, Haupteingang, Garage) Ort: ...alles was es braucht um zum biken in Flims/Laax (Werkbank, Waschanlage, E-Bike miete GRATIS) Mit dem Laax App profitiert man von vielen lokalen Angebote! Bei fragen einfach WhattsApp/Mail/SMS an die FlemLodge und sie geben dir rasch Antwort! Was mir sehr passte, die FlemMountainLodge ist sehr Umweltfreundlich (keine Papierkram sowie kein TV) Just SPORT and relax :) Danke an Anita & Caro

Such a gorgeous property, completely refurbished, clean and had a lovely mountain cabin vibe. Loved the dining room because it not only had a gorgeous view of the mountains but you could sit there and do work any time, which unfortunately I had to bring with me. The staff were so lovely and accommodating. I also loved the yoga studio, which I had all to myself in the mornings. The view from our room was amazing. I gave the property 5 stars because we loved our stay. My only suggestion would be to put a TV in the room, we would have loved to watch the tennis. Also a mini fridge would have been nice too and a balcony so we could sit there and admire the gorgeous views.
