Brilliant for short stays. Close to train station and high street.

Schone, ruime kamer. Het zelf-incheck systeem koste even wat tijd, maar werkte allemaal prima. Gratis parkeren in de parkeergarage, wij hadden en dakkoffer, dus dat ging niet. Hoogte maar 2,05 m, houdt daar rekening mee, als je met een dakkoffer reist en deze locatie boekt. Wij hebben de dakkoffer er afgehaalt en toen alsnog in de garage geparkeerd. Schoonmaakpersoneel 's ochtends vriendelijk, verder geen personeel gezien, Fijn met de (gratis) koffie- & theemachine en croissantjes.

Clean and organized. Central location close to services and railway station. Free coffee and croissants in common areas. No air-con, but you can open the window. There is a bar downstairs open till midnight, after closing time it was peaceful. We suggest they would at least provide a table fan, it was hot in the room during heat wave.

We had problems finding the property and checking in. Two helpful young ladies saved the day. We had an email about check in about an hour before we arrived, when we had no wifi! The room itself though was clean, comfortable and with a communal kitchen, made our short stay all the more pleasant.

Very clean and conveniently located. A most interesting check-in procedure. Totally automated, no person there. Coffee and buns available. Very nice.

Non existent staff, which is fine when everything works. Did smell somewhat of cigarette smoke in the corridors

Spacious room, free hot drinks & croissants

I could not find the entrance. The front of the building and even inside the front of the building there are signs for this hotel. Could not get in looked on the side of the building could not see a sign it's all two other signs apparently you have to walk halfway down that street just to actually see that's fine. Cost me $12 to activate my data to locate the entrance. Then had to make an international phone call to reach out to them because nobody is there to man the check-in process. That was another $15. Could not figure out how to adjust the temperature in the room. Bathroom door would not shut unless you were forceful with it. Paid way too much for zero service and an uncomfortable room. Will not stay here again and do not recommend it!

Nice central location. No reception but this wasnt a problem, just remember to check your emails. The room was spacious and clean. WiFi was free and fast. It was also nice that the parking was included.

Didn't see any staff as its a check in door sytem. Large room.

Hotel was conveniently located a short walk from the bus/train stations. Restaurants and shops all at the door. Check in and out was all contactless. Room was very good in size and had a large bathroom. It was all very clean. Would recommend.

The room was very basic — no safe, fridge, telephone, kettle, or even a cup — but clean, with thick, crisp towels provided. It was also quite spacious for a twin room. The standout feature was its exceptional cleanliness; both the room and bathroom were spotless, exceeding even 5-star hotel standards, which was particularly reassuring for someone with OCD. However, housekeeping missed some cigarette stubs left by previous guests in the window sill. The stubs are still there. The bed, while firm, offered great lumbar support and caused no backache during a week-long stay, contrary to some complaints about it being too hard. The in-house coffee lived up to the rave reviews — strong and enjoyable. During an autumn stay, the room’s ventilation became a trade-off: opening the windows allowed fresh air in but also brought street noise. The double-glazed windows provide silence when closed, but I chose fresh air over quiet. If you are bothered by the noise, prepare ear plugs. It can get really noisy when the windows are open. Lastly, the hotel was very responsive to messages via the Hotels.com app, which added to the positive experience. Overall, despite the lack of amenities, the cleanliness, space, and service made it a place worth returning to. Note: Prepare your booking number sent in an email from the hotel for self-check-in. I couldn't figure out what it was until I got in using other information. Else, prepare to stand outside the door and struggle.
