Generally good hotel but there was dust on desk in Suite room, which is not acceptable.

The staff that I interacted with were very helpful and friendly. Thec area around the hotel sites not have many dining or shopping choices

Lovely hotel, super clean. Convenient location and good value if you don’t mind a train journey into town. Friendly and helpful staff with a great restaurant and breakfast. Only critique is the pillows were quite flat and uncomfy and the sheets didn’t fit the bed properly. But the bed itself was comfortable.

It was in very remote area. Nothing around to buy anything.

Also ein 4 Sterne Hotel ist das bestimmt nicht hat nicht mal 1 Stern verdient. Wir dachten wir buchen ein 4 Sterne Hotel eben das alles passt von wegen. Falsche besetzte Hotelkarte hat man uns gegebenenfalls, es waren Gäste drinnen! Schlimmer gehts nicht! kein Shampoo kein Duschgel war drinnen und nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine nur ein Wasserkocher!

Buen precio relación a la calidad. Ofrece estacionamiento y buena ubicación para moverse por Suiza

The staff were terrible. The other staff at the reception even told me that he was “busy” when I needed help with their poor internet service. Imagine after paying a lot of money for the hotel accommodation and service the staff saying such nonsense. I will never book a hotel in this name again.

Tolles Hotel. Sehr sauberes und ansprechendes Zimmer. Knan ich empfehlen

Sehr unzufrieden. Ich wollte eine Buchung vom 04.04.-06.04. Buchen, bei der Buchung stand auch das Datum drauf. Bei der Buchungsbestätigung stand auf einmal 18.04.-20.04. jegliche Reklamations und Stornierungsanfragen wurden abgelehnt und ich sitze auf den Kosten. Nicht einmal ein Kulanz wurde mir angeboten. Ich werde ebookers und auch dieses Hotel nicht mehr nutzen/Buchen.

Sauber, gut ausgestattet, geräumig. Etwas hellhörig. Restaurant sehr gut. Parkmöglichkeiten sehr gut.

Hotel muito bom. Tudo corresponde ao oferecido. Café da manhã perfeito . Voltaria muitas vezes .

Relativ kleines Zimmer mit Kochnische und sehr dunkler Toilette. Ganz ok wenn man nur schlafen möchte. Parkhaus viel zu teuer.

A lot of weird cars and people on the parking lot. People that wasn’t staying in the hotel always parties outside.
