Hôtel moderne un peu loin du centre-ville mais la balade à pied est sympa. Piscine sur le toit minuscule et malheureusement des personnes incorrectes éclaboussaient partout et criaient. Piscine intérieure froide . Un peu cher pour les prestations

OK Hotel. Alles sauber. Frühstück reichhaltig und immer gut aufgefüllt. Nettes Personal. Viele Cartouristen. Gutes Preis-/ Leistungsverhältnis.

Schöne Zimmer und sehr sauber

Das Preisleistungsverhältnis passt. Hätte beim Frühstück gerne etwas mehr auswahl gewünscht (zuwenig salziges zu viel süsses). Der Saft geht gar nicht. Das Zucker-Konsenrtat gemisch ist einfach nur das letzte! Personal und Service Top! Danke. Zimmer neben an sind gut hörbar, jedenfalls wenn der Nachbar bis morgens um 2 laute Diskossionen fürt. Badezimmer "mit Detailmängel". Wc Rolle ist sehr weit weg von der toilette. denke menschen mit kurzen Armen müssen sich von der Brille abheben. Wasserdruck sehr tief. Muss in der Badewanne (ohne Gleitschutz) fast an der Wand anlehnen am wasser auch auf dem kopf zu kriegen. Nichts desto trotz, übers ganze gesehen, gut mit verbesserungspotential.

Das Hotel an sich ist sehr schön, das Personal sehr freundlich. Das Frühstück ist super, alles sehr hochwertig, frisch und lecker mit einer großen Auswahl an Speisen. Einzig das Zimmer hat mir nicht gefallen. Der TV hat nicht funktioniert, da das Kabel nicht im Fernseher blieb. Die Klimaanlage hat ebenfalls nicht funktioniert, nur die Heizung. Da aber auch das Bad keine eigene Lüftung hat, war es feucht wie im Dschungel, nachdem zwei Personen geduscht haben. Außerdem waren die Fugen im Bad alt und vergilbt und nur im Bereich der Dusche offensichtlich erneuert worden. Wenn die Mängel Bad, Klima und TV abgestellt wären, würde ich wieder kommen. Preis war für Lugano angemessen günstig.

War in diesem Hotel mehrmals und würde nochmals buchen. Lage ist TOP und Personal auch super. Die Zimmer waren genug gross und schön. Einzige Kritik: gab ein paar Sachen im Zimmer, die kaputt waren bzw. Nicht funktionierten. Waren aber bei den Malen in denen wir vorhin dort waren nicht so.

Reception area was spacious with seating areas indoors and outdoors. The huge breakfast room was well-laid out and had many various options, and it had very efficient staff. There are two elevators that are larger than some other European hotels. The room was spacious, very clean, and the bathroom, also. The only negatives for us were the lighting in the bathroom is not adequate for viewing yourself in the mirror. There is a magnifying mirror on the wall, but the light above the sink is poor. There is a hair dryer but it constantly shuts itself off after only a couple minutes. Then you have to wait until it will work again. Our refrigerator was inoperable, but we didn’t need it and reported it to the main desk. The reception staff was outstanding! They gave us so many directions and explanations and restaurant suggestions that they made our experience in Paradiso memorable.

Je recommande vivement cet hôtel aux personnes qui désirent passer un bon moment au Tessin. Beaucoup d'options de balades qui sont également très accessibles aux personnes à mobilité réduite.

Construction site just outside the window that started up at 7 every morning.

The hotel was good. There's a lot of construction at the moment across the street (where our window opened out to) and so that is quite loud. They couldn't give us two room keys at check in because they had no extra keys and that made our first day very difficult (one must have a key to turn on lights in the room but my companion wanted to go out in the evening and with only one key, I was left in the dark). We managed to get another room key the next day when they replenished their key cards.
