ホテル エーシー インターラーケン - ハンドリトゥン コレクション (オープンズ サマー 2026)

Wir waren in einem Familienzimmer untergebracht. Bereits bei der Anreise hatten wir Schwierigkeiten, den Hotelparkplatz zu finden. Zudem waren die meisten Plätze in der Garage dauerhaft reserviert, wodurch die Parksituation unübersichtlich wirkte. Das Zimmer selbst machte einen deutlich in die Jahre gekommenen Eindruck und war leider nicht sauber. Insbesondere die Treppe im Zimmer war stark verschmutzt. Audderdem waren einige Möbelstücke beschädigt. Positiv hervorzuheben ist jedoch, dass das Bett bequem war. Generell wirkt das gesamte Hotel renovierungsbedürftig und entspricht aus unserer Sicht nicht dem Standard eines 4-Sterne-Hotels. Realistisch würden wir eher 2 Sterne vergeben. Das Frühstück war insgesamt in Ordnung, jedoch ohne besondere Highlights. Enttäuschend fanden wir zudem den Check-out: Bei der Abreise wurde nicht nach unserem Aufenthalt oder möglichem Feedback gefragt.

Hôtel encore beaucoup dans son jus malgré la rénovation d'une partie des chambres. Chambre spacieuse avec balcon agréable, a priori rénovée mais avec encore des équipements très vieux (cuisine non fonctionnelle hormis le réfrigérateur, minuscule télévision, "banc" avec un revêtement en tissu sale..), matelas très mous qui ont vécu, pas de climatisation et seul un chauffage central dans l'hotêl mis à fond. Petit déjeuner inclus mais produits industriels sans goût hormis le pain qui était très bon. Malgré cela, hôtesses d'accueil très serviables et chaleureuses.

Lugar bem localizado, ideal para quem quer conhecer a região de Interlaken.

Fantastic location, personal was always available when needed them, the breakfast was consistent, delicious and diversified. The joy of a four days stay there was incredible!

Zimmer und Einrichtung war schon etwas älter, aber ordentlich und sauber. Frühstück reichhaltig und es wurde auf Wünsche eingegangen. Gerne wieder.

Parking couvert, très bien en hivers pas besoins de gratter la voiture le matin. Bon petit déjeuner

Le sol n'était pas nettoyé (moutons un peu partout) => cela ne donne pas confiance

The rooms and the hotel in general is old and the furniture and cleanliness is outdated/questionable. The parking is free but be aware that it is a small space and although there were about 7 parking spots they were occupied by 4 cars. This is the only free parking available. All rooms do not have kitchens and the kitchens do not have any cooking equipment (no pots, pans, utensils etc.). After talking with the reception we got a room with a kitchen but it was useless because there was no equipment. Unfortunately they were not able to accommodate the breakfast according to allergies (although this was communicated beforehand and no issue was raised at that point). The only positive thing I can say about this place is that the staff was friendly and the room had a bed to sleep in. If you are only looking for a bed to sleep in for a fairly reasonable price, this hotel can be ok for one or two nights.

Nosotros tuvimos un tema, estábamos en la mañana (08:30 am) en la habitación y entraron al cuarto sin tocar, ni avisar, la verdad fue bastante incómodo el momento. Ojalá pudieran implementar marbetes para que el personal de limpieza sepa que puede ingresar a la habitación. Fuera de esa situación el hotel es limpio y la habitación fue bonita.

Zimmer zwar sauber, aber sehr in die Jahre gekommen. Zersplitterte Fliesen im Bad, Schimmel in Ecken, ausgefranste Boden Teppiche.

Genel olarak otel iyiydi. Sadece kışın gidecekler için tavsiye odalar biraz soğuk. Otel biraz eski ama temiz. Kahvaltıları fena değil

J’ai, j’ai été extrêmement déçu par les choses suivantes : j’ai loué une chambre avec cuisine mais il y avait un tout et pour tout une fourchette, une cuillère, deux tasses de verre ! J’ai dû demander un minimum qui s’est résumer à deux assiettes et deux verres à vin en bref, rien pour cuisiner… J’ai voulu prendre une douche, le tuyau s’est cassé, j’ai dû changer par moi-même, de plus des chambres sont très vieillles pour ce prix. Je remercie néanmoins la seule et unique personne de tout l’hôtel qui devait tenir et le bar et la réception. Pour corner le tout, j’ai appris en parler avec d’autres clients qu’il y avait deux styles de chambre, les nouvelles et les anciennes et que quand l’on croit faire une belle affaire avec une réduction sur votre site,l’hôtel en profite pour vous envoyer dans des chambres en mauvais état, je prends cela comme un manque de considération pour des gens comme moi voyagent beaucoup…

Tudo perfeito, lugar lindo, ótima recepção, tudo limpo e uma sacada sensacional.

Camere stupende, personale gentile, comodo parcheggio.

The rooms were not cleaned properly . The staff was polite and helpful . The breakfast was limited and everything that got over was not replenished.

Need to be clean more and the food as well. But the place is amazing.

Es gab wenig Deckenlampen, Matratze war recht hart und die Kissen sehr dünn. Alles in allem gut für eine Nacht.

Looked closed as was restaurant and bar. Don’t think anyone else was staying.
