ホテル ブルメンタル

初めてのミューレン宿泊で2泊しました。 素晴らしい景色、ホテルでいい滞在ができました。

We had a very nice room on the first floor with the balcony that looked out over the main street and had a view of the Berg. The hotel is a short and convenient walk down the main street from the cable car. The staff was very helpful and friendly, particularly Amalia! During our stay, Amalia was there every day serving breakfast and we thoroughly enjoyed our conversations with her. She also helped us out with an express package that we were having delivered to the hotel. She was just wonderful!

This hotel is definitely out dated and not worth the stay…. Rick Steve’s was wrong. Our room was for 4 people and had two separate small rooms that was hard to move about. The out dated bathroom had a big step in tub and a little tiny shower head that was very hard to bend and shower under. To get to your room it is all stairs and carrying your luggage was challenging. The breakfast buffet was a total let down. I included photos. Both days was just bread, jelly, fruit in a basket, and some limited cheese and lunch meat layed out. The second day breakfast was infested with flies everywhere. All over the food and seating area. We couldn’t stand it and had to leave. It seemed like no one was working there and staff was limited. I would spend the extra money and for sure skip this place. We visited 7 cities while traveling Switzerland, and this was by far our worst hotel, and most expensive for just two days.

Excelente hotel, clean room, friendly staff, amazing breakfast and unparalleled Mountain View’s.

The room was cute and cabin-like however the bedding was terrible, as during the night it would fall to the floor and the so called pillow was hard to describe, flat as a pancake and lumpy, certainly not comfortable. There was no fridge nor kettle which should be standard in hotel units.

Room was incredibly clean and staff were kind. Mountain View was beautiful. However, we came at a time where the staff was on spring break so we had to go to another local hotel nearby for any sort of help/check in or out we needed. Our heater didn’t work but they were kind to offer transferring to the partner hotel. Breakfast was included too which was nice. Location also was 3 min away from the cable car which came in handy- I also appreciated the grocery store being right across from the hotel.

Breakfast was good. Hotel was in good shape for the age with a renovated bathroom. Could have used a spare pillow in the room. One extra large pillow is in the room but it’s super super soft so it you need more support you’ll need another.

Great spot. Lovely hotel. Just a few minutes walk from the lift. Centrally located, clean. I’d stay here again.

Freundliches Personal, grosses Zimmer, super Lage

It was unclear that the hotel is in an carfree village and only accessible by a cablecar.

Excellent location, close to the chair lift and cable cars, across the street from a grocery store and right next to a ski rental shop. It is on Main Street and a little loud in the evening, but it was usually quiet after 9pm. It’s very clean and comfortable, staff is helpful. In Murren everything seems to close at 6pm, except hotel restaurants.

Der Empfang war herzlich, das Zimmer sauber, aber etwas ringhörig. Das Personal im Restaurant ist sehr zuvorkommend und freundlich. Für die Skischuhe gibt's eigentlich nur den kleinen ungeheizten Skiraum, weshalb wir diese dann vor dem Zimmer deponiert haben.

Sehr nettes Personal, gemütliche Atmosphäre. Gerne wieder.
